My usual order, the tuna melt, was shockingly disappointing today. The sandwich was nearly empty of tuna and messy—it completely fell apart. Not worth the $14 price point; I'm unimpressed with this quality.

This place has gone downhill bad. Poor quality of food and very slow service. There seems to be a lack of staff and training.
Make sure you check your order before leaving as they will just stuff a bunch of lettuce in there and call it a day!
