I had an extremely disappointing experience with the chicken I ordered from the 22nd Street branch today(8Dec2024). The chicken was excessively salty & bitter, had a terrible oil odor, and tasted awful. It was embarrassing to serve such poor-quality food, especially with guests over. and could not eat the chicken
The thigh was so rubbery one could not eat it. I took the first one to the counter thinking it was not done. Gave me a second one and also the same texture.
will not be going back anytime soon, if ever.
