Crave Cookies and Cupcakes

Their cupcakes and cakes used to taste fresher. Last 3 orders have been very dry cake. If you like sweet, it’s extremely sweet. Cakes and cupcakes are nicely decorated but there are much better tasting cakes out there. You have to eat the icing to make up for the dryness of the cake.

Crave used to be my go to for cupcakes for many years but lately the quality has deteriorated. Barely a step up from the Co-op and Safeway offerings. Will not be purchasing from here again.

This was always out to-to place for treats but we were shocked at how small the cookies have become. Not worth the price. Taste is always amazing so this is disappointing.

Went to pick up cupcakes for my wife’s work. The young lady at the till proceeds to tell me that no pick up order will be ready till 11am. It’s 10:45. Small order. I com back after 11 am and she makes me wait until two other customers order and get everything they want before handing me the pre-paid items. I will not be back here as a customer. Both orders she dealt with that were walk in were larger than mine. I don’t understand the attitude and repeating not before 11am. Hide behind a policy rather than just help customers. We have loved getting cupcakes from here for years, but the last two times they have not been good. We always get the minis, but they have been so dry and sweeter than usual. We tried the Shirley temple flavor and it was not good. The cupcake was dry and hard on the outside, but undercooked and tasted like flour on the inside. The icing was so dry and sweet, it just crumbled off. It was smaller than usual, so getting them out of the box without lifting them by the icing and wrecking them was impossible.At $2 a piece, they are just not worth it anymore with this quality.
