Been a few times, food service is horrible, out of stock and if they are they don’t tell you until 20 min after you order. They need a different manager to run the place, poor wait staff are always so frustrated with management or lack of. How hard is chips and hummus and and appies to have in stock! Poor management try harder it’s not that difficult

Great atmosphere and great cider, they are doing creative things here with the flavours and drinks. I usually overlook cider but I’ll keep my eye out for Crossmount in the future. We tried a few different ones and we liked all of the flavours, very friendly and accommodating service as well.

Super cute place. Wish I could give it a higher rating. We went here a few weeks ago planning to enjoy the last few weekends of nice weather on the patio with some drinks and appies. It seemed a bit disorganized the day we were there which we were later informed by a staff member was somewhat due to an apple festival going on. There were no appies being served. The only food was smokies or burgers at a different building. I enjoyed one of the slushie cider drinks which was really good, but definitely didn't get the service we expected! Again, assuming this was just due to the day we visited specifically. Would be nice to still get appies next time even if there's a festival going on nearby.

I just got home from our lunch date at Crossmount. Last time we were there, I had expressed, in a review, that I was disappointed with the lunch we had. Well, within a couple of days I received an email from the Manager, Liam McKercher. He is very personable and he invited me and three guests to come out for a complimentary lunch. I am so impressed with the way that Mr. McKercher handled this. Our waitress was amazing and our lunch was delicious, especially the dessert. We will defiinitely be telling our friends about Crossmount. Thank you to Mr. McKercher and all the staff.

I love Crossmount cider, so I decided to make the trip to the location outside of Saskatoon. I verified with website and google hours stating that it is open till 9pm and I even checked Facebook. Not one of three stating there is a private event occurring therefore the location is closed. I drove to the location and I was greeted with a sign that says “closed for a private event”. If you are going to close for private events please ensure website is updated with same.
The staff were friendly and helpful both in the shop and while helping us decide on ciders to get. Highly recommend the 1oz sample if you've never been as you get a small taste of a few so you can decide what you like.
