“Placed an online order, for a blizzard, and at the pick up, I saw a poster for a blizzard of the month, so l asked her if can switch it to that one, the rep said yes and she won't charge for the difference.
And I was surprisingly happy but I took the one that I had placed an order for. But I thank her for the gesture“

“Clean restaurant. Daytime staff are not so happy, or the mood is low in interaction with customers. Smile a little. Also the air conditioning doesnt flow well or not turned cold enough. I got hot and sweaty at the front counter to order and wait for service. You expect an ice cream restaurant to be on the cooler side.“

“We were delivering our Halloween cookie special to customers in Saskatoon and stopped at the DQ for a treat after a long day! The woman at the drivethu gave our pooch a pup cup and said "you're having a treat so she should have a treat!". So thoughtful. Thanks so much for making our day extra sweet.

She said don’t worry about it and that it’ll be covered. Super sweet girl! Great costumer service goes a long way and you don’t see much of it anymore. Great job! “I love this place, food is great never had a problem here. Workers are nice. Recently got a new interior so that is good. Bathrooms are excellent. I got food a few times here and some more with friends. I love the drink Pepsi here taste outrageously good. Honestly I 100% advise to go here it's great.“

“This was a short walk from my airport hotel, so the location worked for me. The staff brought my food to my table along with condiments, etc. which was unexpected but a nice surprise. The guy at the till taking orders was a bit glassy eyed and stunned. I wasn’t sure that he was even hearing my order. They are now using tiny little spoons for the blizzards instead of the longer handled ones. The little ones force you to have your fingers down inside your cup as you finish the last bits, and that gets messy and gross. DQ maybe should reconsider this new decision and go back to normal sized utensils.

Wheelchair accessibility: There was a guy in a wheelchair in the restaurant who seemed comfortable.“

“Generosity - I show not - restaurants in general. However, being able to take a peanut buster parfait stroll down memory lane certainly pulled its weight with respect to the rating.
Yes, the rest was trivial, minimal in sociality, and required very little for giving very little.

But that parfait.... 🤤
It provided immense returns and did not leave me feeling in any way negative or ashamed for the financial exchange.“
