I got a mushroom burger. They used to have a good amount of mushrooms. Barely anything now. Can't be bothered to go back for one. On Betts Ave.

1. The employee didn't pay any attention to the customer when I went through drive thru.
2. I ordered a 4 peice chicken strip basket, the chicken strips were fine, but the fries were stale weren't even edible. And also ordered a medium sized strawberry Sunday, and the other DQ's I go to they always have the same portion amount of strawberries and icecream. But this store was different, not much icecream, comparing to a small and large, and the lack of strawberries in it.
I also ordered a small gravy and it was half full the time I got home, and I swear I didn't even take a look at my food untill I got home. I'm so disappointed for once.
Sorry to sound like a Karen, but as a person working under health inspection this will get their marks docked off for health inspection. And spending an amount of $18.89 this wasn't money worth but money waste and not appetizing, making me lose my appetite for DQ

Went through the drive thru. Paid over 12 dollars for the strips to have honey bbq sauce on maybe 40% of them, half full and cold fries, and a cheap ranch packet thats half as full as the ones they used to provide.

Service was fine, disorganized, but fine.

Value has gone way down hill. Won't be back.

We drove through the drive thru and asked for a log cake. We told them to just pick one as we didn't mind what design it had. BIG MISTAKE. They gave us an old freezer burnt log cake that had red disgusting blobs on it. The vanilla tasted like chalk and the chocolate had no flavour. Absolutely disgusting for $30. Will never go back.

I went to the DQ on Idylwyld & 33rd St W in Saskatoon today October 13th 2025 6:40 PM and ordered a Triple Chocolate Brownie, which is supposed to be a warm brownie with ice cream, not cold. I was served a cold brownie, so I went back and mentioned it should be warm. The employee on shift told me that DQ’s “guidelines have changed” and that brownies are now served cold unless the customer specifically asks for them to be heated.

Honestly, how is a customer supposed to know that? I don’t work at DQ — it should be part of the staff’s job to ask whether we’d like it warmed up. I politely asked for a new one since I had already paid for it, but the response felt dismissive and unprofessional.

When they did heat it up, it melted all the ice cream and completely ruined the dessert. I even checked online afterward, and it clearly says that the Triple Chocolate Brownie is served warm. The whole experience was disappointing and not what you expect from a brand like DQ.

After reading other 1-star reviews mentioning poor customer service, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated issue. The staff here don’t seem to take responsibility for their mistakes and expect customers to pay again for something that wasn’t their fault. I won’t be returning to this location and will definitely share my experience with friends and family.

I’ve also attached a screenshot from Google showing that the brownie should be served warm — it’s part of the standard process. This is like ordering a cheeseburger and being told, “Oh, the guidelines changed — now you have to ask if you want the patty heated.” Completely unacceptable.

The food, and speed were exactly what you should expect from DQ, but the staff were very rude(throwing change on the counter, beside my outstretched hand) and the person at the front counter wanted to do nothing, besides hide around the corner to play with her phone. On the up side, the restaurant was very clean.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a couple blizzards and drive home. To my surprise I realized one of the blizzards was made incorrectly. So I then drove back (meanwhile the icecream is melting) to get the correct blizzard. They then made me pay again for the new blizzard and they did not take accountability. Will NOT be going back.

I have gotten 3 or 4 blizzards here because I live close by, and they have all been like 98% soft ice cream and 2% of the mixed-in candy part of blizzard. It’s a robbery when a large blizzard is almost $10. Will never go here again. I came here multiple times to give it a chance, and it’s the same thing every time.

Came through drive through to get my favorite strawberry cheesecake blizzard. That’s the only one I like.
Great flavour.

Generosity - I show not - restaurants in general. However, being able to take a peanut buster parfait stroll down memory lane certainly pulled its weight with respect to the rating.
Yes, the rest was trivial, minimal in sociality, and required very little for giving very little.

But that parfait.... 🤤
It provided immense returns and did not leave me feeling in any way negative or ashamed for the financial exchange.
