I have gotten 3 or 4 blizzards here because I live close by, and they have all been like 98% soft ice cream and 2% of the mixed-in candy part of blizzard. It’s a robbery when a large blizzard is almost $10. Will never go here again. I came here multiple times to give it a chance, and it’s the same thing every time.

Came through drive through to get my favorite strawberry cheesecake blizzard. That’s the only one I like.
Great flavour.

Generosity - I show not - restaurants in general. However, being able to take a peanut buster parfait stroll down memory lane certainly pulled its weight with respect to the rating.
Yes, the rest was trivial, minimal in sociality, and required very little for giving very little.

But that parfait.... 🤤
It provided immense returns and did not leave me feeling in any way negative or ashamed for the financial exchange.

Came in mid afternoon. Really like how clean it is. No other customers, inside or in the drive thru. Waited at the tills for between 5-10 minutes just for someone to take our order. There was a woman working who was just over the divide between work area and front who never troubled herself to come to the till. Finally someone came to take out order. And it wasn't done quickly. The blizzards were fine. The service was awful.

Place was steady with customers, but still quiet enough to talk. Food was fresh and typical for DQ - no complaints. Service was fast and polite. Recent renovation feels bright and cheery.

I ordered online from uber near 4 pm today on 11 July and went to drive thru, the lady asked me to come inside in a rude tone. And i was about to drive back but there was a car in a line behind me before i could go to the parking. When i went to the window and told her that there was somebody behind me before i could drive back and come inside. A tall lady with no name tag, i think maybe she is manager there as her attitude was as she owns the place. She started an argument in rude and loud tone that i asked you to come inside, next time you have to come inside. Don't ruin others day if you are going through it. ONLY WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE if you can behave yourself and be polite with the customers.

Only thing they got right was chicken strips, i got the wrong drink wrong which taste like disgusting carbonated water when i asked for ice tea, wrong dipping sauce and wrong fries when i asked for poutine the guy asked if i wanted it large. Then i told them i asked for poutine they argue saying i said fries terrible service and terrible hearing dont recommend i thought after the upgrade it would be better

Don’t recommend this location. Employees don’t care about delivering quality service and products. Went here to get a Royal blizzard with cookie dough instead of Oreo, which I have gotten before. The employee told me that because they weren’t able to do that. I asked why, and he said that “they can’t be made like that”. Ended up going to the 8th location instead, where they were happy to give me what I had requested. Go to the 8th location instead!

Excellent burger for the price

Employee was blatantly walking around on their phone while making my order, food and ice cream. No gloves, no handwashing.

WINGED SOUL

Not convinient for delivery people to pick up after 10 pm

The double cheeseburger was great but the service at till is slow cause she looks after front as well as drive through and they are not close to each other, as well as having a homeless person moving table to table and snoring or staring at me wasn't very appealing, I used to love this dq but I think I'm going elsewhere.

Having been eating the same old dessert for decades I'm quite keen on always sticking to the tried and true. Unfortunately this 33rd St W location has the smallest portions west of Idywyld Drive; and there are 4 locations to dine at. For the price of a small Strawberry Sundae, this has to be the smallest portion I've bought. My wife reminded me as we pulled up that this location was consistent in delivering small portions. I have to agree as today's purchase has proven to be the smallest Strawberry Sundae I've ever purchased. For $4.50 one would expect more than a morsel or in this case a dollop of soft serve ice cream.

Food tasted good! Not a lot of seating option as down eating area was closed. Workers were friendly and place was nice and clean.

Vegetarian options: Not many vegetarian options, but most burgers can have the meat taken off and replaced with tomato and lettuce
