Only thing they got right was chicken strips, i got the wrong drink wrong which taste like disgusting carbonated water when i asked for ice tea, wrong dipping sauce and wrong fries when i asked for poutine the guy asked if i wanted it large. Then i told them i asked for poutine they argue saying i said fries terrible service and terrible hearing dont recommend i thought after the upgrade it would be better
Don’t recommend this location. Employees don’t care about delivering quality service and products. Went here to get a Royal blizzard with cookie dough instead of Oreo, which I have gotten before. The employee told me that because they weren’t able to do that. I asked why, and he said that “they can’t be made like that”. Ended up going to the 8th location instead, where they were happy to give me what I had requested. Go to the 8th location instead!
Lots of parking, fast friendly service,
Excellent burger for the price
Employee was blatantly walking around on their phone while making my order, food and ice cream. No gloves, no handwashing.
Not convinient for delivery people to pick up after 10 pm
The double cheeseburger was great but the service at till is slow cause she looks after front as well as drive through and they are not close to each other, as well as having a homeless person moving table to table and snoring or staring at me wasn't very appealing, I used to love this dq but I think I'm going elsewhere.
Having been eating the same old dessert for decades I'm quite keen on always sticking to the tried and true. Unfortunately this 33rd St W location has the smallest portions west of Idywyld Drive; and there are 4 locations to dine at. For the price of a small Strawberry Sundae, this has to be the smallest portion I've bought. My wife reminded me as we pulled up that this location was consistent in delivering small portions. I have to agree as today's purchase has proven to be the smallest Strawberry Sundae I've ever purchased. For $4.50 one would expect more than a morsel or in this case a dollop of soft serve ice cream.

Food tasted good! Not a lot of seating option as down eating area was closed. Workers were friendly and place was nice and clean.
Vegetarian options: Not many vegetarian options, but most burgers can have the meat taken off and replaced with tomato and lettuce

This is probably the worst place. To eat it was dirty and like greasy in places. The staff need to be changed. The food wasn't great. Now you see I think it's being renovated by someone that doesn't have a clue as to what there doing. Been in the trades some 40 years and the way it's being fixed is any indication as to what's going to be inside . I would highly recommend not eating there. Exterior walls are rotten . Easy to remove and replace . But looks like there just trying to repair the worst one. Most unprofessional reno I've ever seen

It is closed for renovations so you can’t even go in to use the washrooms. Fries were really soggy and full of grease. Chicken strips were ok.
