Great Service and Delicious Ice Cream!
Dairy Queen never fails to put a smile on my face. The ice cream is always rich and flavorful, and the Blizzards are packed with mix-ins every time. The staff were super friendly and made sure my order was perfect. I also love how clean and comfortable the place is—it’s the perfect spot to grab a quick treat or hang out with friends. Every visit feels like a little reward. Highly recommend stopping by! 🍨😊

Never get a milkshake here they will give you skinny little straws that you can't even take a drink cause the hole is to small to suck out of... I had to go to another restaurant just for a proper straw and it was such a hassle by the time I got a straw I didn't want the dam thing anymore... I'm just taking the time to write this review cause it pisses me off and don't want to happen to someone else lol ....so beware very skinny ugly straws especially when ordering a milkshake!!!! Can't even drink the dam thing....had to let it sit there and I was dying of thirst finally I just took the whole top off and had a lil sip ... Went down the street for a big straw big water of time anyway... Lol I understand the paper straws are supposed to be eco friendly and the government banned plastic straws but doesn't mean you can get fatter paper straws right properly ones for what you serve and your milkshakes might not be a thick as you say if I had a proper big fat straw like other establishments have and yes paper straws will do just fine just get fatter ones like other places but thanks for reaching out ... My advice get bigger paper straws I don't care if they banned plastic good for them but get fatter longer paper straws if you can thanks...

Wow sounds like DQ are upset that I didnt leave a better review, hey DQ maybe if your staff treated customers as people and not an inconvenience or maybe if ur employees listen to what customers are actually ordering id gice you a better review
I just saw them microwave my patty - not flame broiled anymore apparently. I definitely won’t be back. I wanted fresh food not microwaved.

I told them to scan my points what I earned in the app but they ask to check my history what the hell they take my phone and start looking at it . I don’t want to get rude their but it was my personal phone and you guys are looking at my phone that it’s your personal property and I m regular customer here but from last two to three days I m coming here with my wife and we are from different culture as I m Indian and she is native American and looks like they never seen like this type of relationship. I know there language and the guy who served me he gone ask everybody to look at us in there Gujarati language like come on guys where is customer service and if you don’t know I understand your language so please. Taking there sweet time to serve as and look at us I m regular customer here but after this I m never gone come back here. Please DQ look after this matter .

Sunday, at 130 meet and my girlfriend decided to come for a quick stop for some ice cream after we went to a baby shower and we were thinking well. We didn't eat enough at the baby shower and this lady that worked here. Her name is Alyssa. She was working in the drive through. She was very kind. She told us about the blizzard. Not tipping upside down and I was like. Oh, you'd have to do that. Every time she's very professional, she gave us lots of napkins catch up everything we needed and she's smiling. She's great service. I'm really happy to know that Not to be rude, but a white woman that knows the menu is very informative and great customer service was working. The drive through this morning, we had a little bit of a situation at the office where we were rented the space with people that didn't know how to speak English. So it actually made our day feel a lot better knowing that there's somebody that works here that is understanding and can appreciate the food and knew exactly what we liked. Yeah, yeah, yeah, DAIRY QUEEN

Nice try. They prop up the ice cream with the spoon to try and make it look like it's filled to the rim but it's not. For the most expensive dq in the city - what's this underfilled slop???? Terrible.
