Inedible food, burgers are so chewy theyre almost like eating a rubber band! Drinks are so watered down its ridiculous if I wanted water than I would have ordered it! Fries taste like cardboard!

Such a shame for spending a fortune for a meal!

I came to order a sundae on the drive-thru. The order from the costumer ahead me took a long time to be fulfilled. When the attendant gave me the ice cream it was already melting. I complained about this and he just looked at me and closed the door.

Ordered a meal deal and when I went to go eat it there was a thick black hair in the middle of the burger. Disgusting and disappointing. Very unsanitary.

How can everything here cost so much more than any other DQ? Not just a little but several dollars per item. They also tend to refuse coupons. Try supporting other locations instead.

Why do other locations give you 2 double cheese burgers for $8 but your location doesn't?????????????????????

This was the most profound experience of my many years of life. It was so skibidi. The food was expertly prepared and the ice cream truly hit the spot. Especially that cool ginger guy he was great.

I was waited on quickly as there was noone else in line, and ordered a few burgers with 2 sundaes to go.
Went to fill my drink and came back to the sundaes sitting on the counter, thinking the hot food must be close to ready.
After 2 families came in and were served, I walked to the counter as I could see the hot food sitting waiting to be packaged, all the while the sundaes are now melting.
Get home annoyed only to find they missed a burger from my order...

My mother has a Brain injury that has affected her speech. She was calling to make sure a cake order was ready for me to pick up. The employees there were incredibly rude and mocked my mothers disability. Had I known, I would have confronted them when I picked up the order.

The Australian/English woman told her to shut up and hung up. My mother called back a couple times and was met with similar treatment from all of the employees that picked up.

This is completely unacceptable. My mother cannot help the way she speaks and should not be treated differently because of it. The harassment was at the point where my **12** year old daughter was going to take the phone.

My elderly mother was reduced to tears. Thanks Dairy Queen, for the Happy Easter

I would like to point out that the person who took the order for her yesterday was not only able to understand, but was very kind.

Staff were attentive, quick, and super kind. Restaurant was super clean! One of the best meals I've had in quite a while!

This DQ has increased prices and they are hit or miss if they decide they'll take coupons. I wasn't aware franchises could set their own pricing but you can even go into the app and clearly see a medium blizzard is $2 more than any other location along with other items. The few times I've had food here it's also been very below par. I live down the road from this location and we drive across town if we want a blizzard.

i had a coupon on the app for a free small cone for cone day. when they scanned the coupon they said the system couldn’t find it therefore it had already been used. considering the coupons are deleted from the app once they are used, it was very much unused. honestly wouldn’t have been a big deal if this wasn’t my 3rd bad experience at this location in a row. i guess i’m gonna have to start going way outta my way to a different location from now on

How this place is allowed to charge $2 to $4 more per item than every other location is beyond me. We got a gift card for DQ and we needed a quick meal, I was blown away by their prices, and while the staff was super nice and friendly the prices are outrageous, if they were to pay their employees more then I would understand, but they don't do that, so all the extra money is just greed.
As proof here is the price between 33rd and Lawson and Stonebridge.

Drive through takes so long you might as well not even go, repeatedly got our order wrong, and prices are jacked up so much compared to other DQ locations. Terrible place to get food.

The bad reviews are well founded. This location has gone downhill. Ordered a dipped cone, when I got it, it was coming apart in my hand and literally looked like poop on a cone. When given a replacement it did the same thing. Ended up throwing it away and left with melted chocolate on my hand because it never set. Won't bother with this over priced location ever again.
