Went to this location in March of 2024.Was going to get a peanut buster parfait until I saw they were $9.49. At that point I ordered two small blizzards for my children and paid over $17.This location is anywhere from $1-4 more expensive than anywhere else in the city.Will never go here again. And highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.

We used to love DQ but the prices at this location in particular are ridiculous. I thought it was DQ in general - but just seems to be this location. We will continue going to DQ - just not this location.

Got flamethrower chicken wraps in the drive through. Took nearly 10 minutes and showed up looking like a half tortilla folded once. Chicken pieces were about a quarter of a regular size strip. Just brutal to think I actually just paid for this

They have always served us poorly but it is the restaurant closest to my school, usually my friends and I always go to eat there and we spend at least $50 dollars a day, today, February 14, 2024, three of our friends were waiting for us to suddenly start eating An adult woman arrives, starts yelling at us very disrespectfully that it's hard on us and tells us “if we don't go. to ask anything for us to leave because you didn't have a place there; But we were just waiting for my other friends with the money to be able to buy, they kicked us out of the “restaurant” humiliating us severely from the other customers, it finally became clear that it was empty and it was just a table of young people, some girls and us. We respectfully left the store to get the money, when we already had money to buy we returned and went directly to the cashier and the very kind cashier even apologized while the other two made fun of us, we asked for something and while the lady ordered and paid He said to eat outside and he wrapped the food for us saying that we will eat outside, they were laughing at us and the cashier apologized to me again, I told him that nothing was wrong, it wasn't his fault and we were always respectful, we just had to leave that place. place.They should improve the service because we did nothing to be treated like this.

The staff and management at this place need to learn a lot about customer service. A young teen was accused of stealing, and when they realized they had accused the wrong person, they offered no apology, just stating "A lot of kids come in here to steal". They wrongly accused someone of stealing. There should be an apology. The staff is extremely rude, and obviously the management team has no idea how to properly train its staff members on how to correctly deal with situations like this. They were intimidating, refused her service, and then realized they had the wrong person, and didn't even offer an apology. Just a "Oh well, we were wrong". Then when I emailed the head office with these concerns, I got an email stating "We are sorry to hear about this experience. We strive to ensure everyone has a pleasant experience..." general email. Nothing to address what actually happened and to say they would look into it. Very disappointing!Train your staff!!

Food was good. The lady that served us told us in a rude tone to decide if we want to stay in or eat out. Originally, we were going to eat out, but our friend decided to eat in, so we did. It wasn’t busy, and it is only waste of one bag. After we sat at our table, the lady, and her coworkers continuously glared at us and were gossiping like they’re teenage girls. Didn’t get their names, but it was the lady with an irish accent and red hair.

Ordered chicken fingers and fries - waited for them to cook the chicken fingers but then they served me cold, stale fries. If I had to wait for food why not cook them both?
