Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Disappointed in the service here. Waited for 5 minutes and made eye contact with a GROUP of 4 girls in the back. No one helped us. A teen with her hair in a pony and had braces came out of the bathroom and took our order she was sweet. The lady with the braids, the blonde who sat on her phone and ignored us when we tried getting her to come over to take our order and the girl in the blue oversized crew neck who eyerolled us and did not wanna be there ruined the experience.
Ice cream tasted fine, overpriced for portions.

It would be nice to get a Banana Split made fresh in the evening not pre made that’s slightly melted with banana slime starting to form just to save a few steps takes away the quality

Came for lunch, walked in, was greeted with an unhappy and no hello. Looked like she hated her job. Didn’t smile ones during our transaction. I paid and she didn’t say a word, handed me my recipet that’s it.
Seems as though customer service is going down hill fast…

Every time I get a blizzard I’m disappointed. This location cheats out in the toppings and when I pay fir extra I receive the same amount, mostly vanilla 😐 other locations i recommend

Waited inside 10 minutes for a small cone.

I visited around 9 PM to get some ice cream and was really disappointed with what I received — it was completely melted. I returned to the store to let them know, but as soon as I walked in, all of the employees ran to the back, laughing. Eventually, one employee came out to assist me, but the overall behavior from the staff felt immature and unprofessional

We showed up right before close and it was busy, they were out of something we had asked for but gave great other options and had great service. The burgers were super fresh and really good. A job well done by management and workers.

Staff were extremely helpful as best they could. Got exactly what we ordered!

A little small for eat in.

Good service and better quality than the normal fast food but you pay more for it. Great ice cream, blizzards, sundaes and cakes. Can customize cakes with pictures if you provide 24hrs, will write on cakes for you also.

My mom and I stopped at this location on our way home and our card declined, my mom checked her account but it just wouldn’t work. I believe the girls name was Tana or tannis? She said don’t worry about it and that it’ll be covered. Super sweet girl! Great costumer service goes a long way and you don’t see much of it anymore. Great job! (we did end up going back after getting it figured)

The ice cream was great, service was friendly and quick.
However when we were finishing our icecream the staff grabbed the dirty dusty mats from the floor, hung them over the railing in the restaurant and started to beat them with brooms causing the restaurant to fill with dust while people were still inside eating. Not very hygienic.. one employee did tell another that they should go outside to do that instead of inside but I don't think she listened. We left promptly so didn't see the end.
