Great staff and service but pay attention to your recipt as the prices they display on they're menu do not match the corresponing item prices on the recipt they are charging an extra dollar on each item advertised before tax

I bought 2 blizzards and noticed it’s kinda melted already.. I asked why is that look melted? She girl who took my order said its because the peanut butter mixed it so it will look like melted.. I’m so confused and left.. when I got home after 5 minutes.. I was so disappointed because my ice cream is totally melted .. like so watery… I hate it…

This is one of the most favourite places to have a good meal, the staff is so wonderful and never have been disappointed. I especially like during the week, they have a lunch special.

My sister bought 2 blizzards and I had to hold them in a tray after my sister went to go get pizza I was waiting in the car then after some time the blizzard began to rise then melt I didn’t notice because I was busy do something the blizzard melted on my pants shirt and seat belt and I added many napkins around the area to absorb the blizzard

Update: I truly want management to recognize how awesome the Blairmore location is. The staff is awesome! Friendly, professional, great customer service! Best DQ in the city fyi.

The best Dq in Saskatoon!!! Service is awesome - the food is always great, it's consistently accurate, and they don't skimp on the quantity - and they're very fast!!! A Recipe that makes me go back regularly to this location! Thanks guys, keep being the best! From, the 3pc chicken strip meal deal girl lol.

Disappointed in the service here. Waited for 5 minutes and made eye contact with a GROUP of 4 girls in the back. No one helped us. A teen with her hair in a pony and had braces came out of the bathroom and took our order she was sweet. The lady with the braids, the blonde who sat on her phone and ignored us when we tried getting her to come over to take our order and the girl in the blue oversized crew neck who eyerolled us and did not wanna be there ruined the experience.
Ice cream tasted fine, overpriced for portions.

It would be nice to get a Banana Split made fresh in the evening not pre made that’s slightly melted with banana slime starting to form just to save a few steps takes away the quality

Came for lunch, walked in, was greeted with an unhappy and no hello. Looked like she hated her job. Didn’t smile ones during our transaction. I paid and she didn’t say a word, handed me my recipet that’s it.
Seems as though customer service is going down hill fast…

Every time I get a blizzard I’m disappointed. This location cheats out in the toppings and when I pay fir extra I receive the same amount, mostly vanilla 😐 other locations i recommend

Waited inside 10 minutes for a small cone.

I visited around 9 PM to get some ice cream and was really disappointed with what I received — it was completely melted. I returned to the store to let them know, but as soon as I walked in, all of the employees ran to the back, laughing. Eventually, one employee came out to assist me, but the overall behavior from the staff felt immature and unprofessional

We showed up right before close and it was busy, they were out of something we had asked for but gave great other options and had great service. The burgers were super fresh and really good. A job well done by management and workers.
