The atmosphere is okay, the restaurant is clean, the staff are friendly. The problem is when you order a grilled Chicken sandwich and you compare it to the advertised photo. No lettuce. Very sad looking.

This was an order of fries and 4 chicken fingers ordered today at the drive thru. The few fries in the box were cold and tasted like they had been sitting out for awhile. I wouldn't recommend ordering this from this location.

I called and left a message, no reply, no call back.. Called again following day and no reply or answer. Food was cold, chicken fingers tasted old and were cold, fries were Luke warm and soggy. I suggest not even going to this location.

They forgot half my order (and I only ordered a blizzard, pretzels, and fries. No fries, no dip), the person at the window & on speaker sounded like they were annoyed with me, and although this has nothing to do with employees, I hate the new design of the place. Chairs are less comfortable, and everything is just sad gray and weirdly arranged. This place is really hot or miss with service and is either really awesome or not great :/

Icecream is like soup. They tip it really quick pass it to you and its spilling out the sides because it liquid. Stop over mixing your icecream its gross.

I love this place, food is great never had a problem here. Workers are nice. Recently got a new interior so that is good. Bathrooms are excellent. I got food a few times here and some more with friends. I love the drink Pepsi here taste outrageously good. Honestly I 100% advise to go here it's great.
Delivery orders are never prepared on time. You always have to wait 10 minutes here. Worst service ever.

Ordered a cookie dough blizzard and got a really gross mocha blizzard. Was the only thing I ordered and was wrong. Never had an issue here before and I get they’re human and make mistakes but it was a horrible night to give me the wrong order
