Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Last time I went to this location I got a poutine and there was barely any gravy on it so this time I asked for extra gravy which they charged $2 extra for. I asked at the window to make sure they put extra gravy on it. They assured me they did. Got home and it was just as dry as last time. Definitely didn't put extra gravy on it. Thanks for charging me for something I didn't get Dairy Queen.

It was my first experience on this location and the experience was mixed. My kids wanted to have ice cream cone and blizzard. The quality of the cone wasn't that good as kids have tasted it several times so they can differentiate. Store was clean but staff wasn't friendly and helpful. kids weren't that much happy as I was expecting and it was owing to the taste and other stuff as well. Parking lots are available.

Clean restaurant. Daytime staff are not so happy, or the mood is low in interaction with customers. Smile a little. Also the air conditioning doesnt flow well or not turned cold enough. I got hot and sweaty at the front counter to order and wait for service. You expect an ice cream restaurant to be on the cooler side.

Ordered a S’more blizzard, it wasn’t mixed very well, almost like she was in a hurry, when I was the only one in the drive thru…all the stuff was at the top, half way through and nothing. Few bites of s’more goodness and then just vanilla ice cream, so disappointing….

A very nice DQ.

Renovation is nice, quieter without being right next to tills. Took a little while for our server to find us, but food was hot, ice cream was a slight bit melty around the edges but it was very hot. Totally hit the spot banana split.

Have frequented this location a decent amount of times, they are quick and efficient. Absolutely no complaints!

I stopped in to get a strawberry sundae at 533 pm today and waited over 10 minutes....the guy that ordered after me received his drinks and food order along with his ice cream sundaes before I did....the staff was just standing around by the take out window.

The young man helped us with the last second birthday cake. Was able to put "happy birthday cody"on the cake and it came out quite nice. A big thank you to the staff at stonebridge dairy queen...
