Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

The chicken fingers were cooked well I was happy about that - I find too many places undercook. However the poutine fries were not only undercooked but were obviously sitting awhile. It was 9pm and they probably didn't want to make fresh fries, but still. Also just a suggestion - they need to add more ice in the drinks!! They do it manually (no ice machine) so there was like 5 ice cubes, which means it just melts instantly. You need a couple scoops of ice!!! So the pop was fairly warm because they barely use ice so you have to ask for extra ice. Also maybe it's just me but I think they gave me a mini blizzard instead of a small. The strawberry shake was good. The staff was nice and clean.

Feels like you're about to get mugged on the way in to the restaurant. Very old and run down. Smells like an old rundown hotel in a small town. I fully expect to have what I ate here make regret the choice later today once it digests. Also, not sure where anyone is supposed to park to go here.

Went there for a mobile order and had a cupfection they left a big chunk empty in the cup and then argued with me that it was fine and was not friendly or willing to make it right

They open late, the customer service is always mean. And the portions for fries are terrible. I would good to a different Dairy Queen if I was you.

Ricah was wonderful. I was having trouble with the app and couldn’t get the deal to work. She had the patience to help me and got my order started while I figured it out. Will definitely come back to this location simply because of her excellent customer service. Thank you Ricah!

Today, I bought a basket of fry and had to the home, what I see is basket is not full as it should be, I spend $9 for fry and got quantity of just like a large fry. Store was busy but it doesn’t means you guys compromise the quantity.

Usually I buy a basket from different Dairy queen, Sometimes I do got less fry but at this location it’s like too less.

Great food and terrific staff! Ricah, the woman who always helps me with my order, remembers my name and is always friendly and patient whenever I come in. Always a great experience whenever I eat from here! Highly recommend people to stop by as the food is delicious here!
