Best ever ice cream blizzards that you can have at Dairy Queen College Drive. They also have yummiest cheese burgers and chicken sandwiches. Most importantly their gravy is halal.

Went in around 7:30pm. The staff was rude. Didn’t greet me. Very unenthusiastic.
Told me they didn’t have wifi when I’ve utilized it before.
I worked in service industry for 15 years and know customer service. This wasn’t it.

They were out of 3/4 of the blizzard flavours and brownies. Originally tried ordering through door dash, but they don't tell you when products ate out of stock and just cancel the order. Went into the store to find everything out if stock. Had to get a dipped cone instead and I almost ended up eating paper as there was a cone inside the cone.

This location is fairly decent. Due to their location across the university, you can expect to see a lot of students here. The employees are often students, and there's almost never the same people any time you go! However the food is definitely edible and their ice cream treats are great. I haven't had many bad experiences here, though they're often training a new employee when I go. It's not bad to be served by a new employee, of course... they're just learning! The cleanliness of this location tends to be good. Overall I would recommend this location if you are in need of a good snack to treat yourself.

BUGS IN THE FOOD. BUGS IN THE FOOD AND THEY DON'T CARE.

Went to use the ketchup dispenser (should have known better right away because it just looked crusty and gross) and when I pushed down on the lever at least 10 fruit flies came blasting out of the spout. SO GROSS. So I went to the cashier and said "Can I get some ketchup packets? A bunch of fruit flies came out of the dispenser there when I tried it." She handed me the packets and didn't say a word. No apology, no "I'll get someone to take care of that", nothing. No response. If this is the front I don't even want to think about the back. Don't eat here.

Called on January 15 at 10:50 PM asked whether you have a jar of ready-made vanilla ice cream. Reached the store at 10:58 doors were already locked did not pick any calls Called about 11 times. This is really bad customer Service I called before coming still you close early Never coming back you lost my business
