Recently visited this Dairy Queen and had an absolutely fantastic experience! The food was delicious, the service was friendly, and the overall atmosphere was really welcoming. Husband and I were in the area so decided to try this location. Never again! First, we were given a bag of food. I don't even think she asked if it was to stay or go. The burger and fries were warm and got cold quickly. My husband went to get a new burger and he actually heard the girl tell the boy to make a new one and not just heat it up. Husband also informed her that all the food was either warm or cold. All she said was sorry. Dirty!!! There were fries on the floor under the table. And a bit of everything at the base of the benches. I didn't even want to look at the walls. A lady came in looking for a log cake and was actually told log cakes are only around holidays. Ummm .... they are at any other location! We will not be coming to this location again!!

Worst and slowest drive through in the city. It’s like they have nothing ready and workers have no clue what they are doing. So not recommend! I sat in drive through for 20 minutes with 2 cars ahead of me . What’s the point of having a drive through? Worst service ever

$7 for a regular fries… with a total of not even 15 fries in the box. also they don’t even have burgers for a couple days, which i’m not sure how they even happens. but yea daytime robbery here for fries.

Extremely long wait times in the drive thru. If you order anything that melts, you will receive it melted. Also hit and miss with menu items not being available. Including burgers. Save your time and go somewhere else.

Went there with my daughter couple weeks ago. The guy that served us was really creepy. He kept talking to my daughter and it bothered her a lot and she’s ONLY 17!. He looked older than 21. Asked to see the manger and it turns out he was the manager. Never going back in there again until there is a new manager. DONT RECOMMEND

this is my go-to Dairy Queen. The service is spectacular. Recently we went through the drive-thru with 4 dogs in the car. They gave us FOUR pup-cups! Now, try to give 4 different dogs a bowl of ice cream in the car! Hahahaha The dogs loved it and the service is great!

Went to pick up my Mobile Order. I arrived 5 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready, and went to the Mobile Order pick up window, where I stood, totally ignored! I finally went into the line for ordering, and when my turn came, I told them I was there to pick up my mobile order. At that point, they gave me my sundae, . . . and then they began working on my hamburger!
What’s the point of mobile ordering if they won’t start preparing the order until you ask them to, after standing in line at the Order counter?!?

They don't know how to blend properly at this location, I've gotten both a strawberry milkshake and a banana milkshake from here. Both times it was so chunky with large chunks of strawberry/banana. I had to reblend it at home. Food is good otherwise

I came in around 8pm (todays date of this post). Lady was very nice. When I didn't order a drink, she offered a glass for water. They made fresh, hot food. And even served to me (as it was slow in the dinning area). Very kind and much appreciated. Not so why I couldn't sit where I wanted though. Dinning is open until 10 but most the tables have their chairs flipped onto the table and they had music I didn't care for coming from the kitchen. That's why atmosphere is low

I came in for a blizzard after a long day of work around 8:30 PM. I entered and there were 3 workers in the back speaking in their language and blasting Indian music. I waited for 5 minutes and 2 of the workers made eye contact with me more than once and refused to come up to the till. I waited for a bit longer, and still nothing. Having extreme patience stopped me from saying anything. Do not come to this DQ at night. Terrible workers.
