It was very clean and had a great atmosphere. The friendly staff were always ready to help and guide us if we didn’t know something or couldn’t find something. We will definitely come back here again.

Went to pick up my Mobile Order. I arrived 5 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready, and went to the Mobile Order pick up window, where I stood, totally ignored! I finally went into the line for ordering, and when my turn came, I told them I was there to pick up my mobile order. At that point, they gave me my sundae, . . . and then they began working on my hamburger!
What’s the point of mobile ordering if they won’t start preparing the order until you ask them to, after standing in line at the Order counter?!?

They don't know how to blend properly at this location, I've gotten both a strawberry milkshake and a banana milkshake from here. Both times it was so chunky with large chunks of strawberry/banana. I had to reblend it at home. Food is good otherwise

I came in around 8pm (todays date of this post). Lady was very nice. When I didn't order a drink, she offered a glass for water. They made fresh, hot food. And even served to me (as it was slow in the dinning area). Very kind and much appreciated. Not so why I couldn't sit where I wanted though. Dinning is open until 10 but most the tables have their chairs flipped onto the table and they had music I didn't care for coming from the kitchen. That's why atmosphere is low
Ordered through the app, the food was delicious and prepared on time. The staff was friendly as well. Two thumbs up for the Mushroom signature stackburger!

I came in for a blizzard after a long day of work around 8:30 PM. I entered and there were 3 workers in the back speaking in their language and blasting Indian music. I waited for 5 minutes and 2 of the workers made eye contact with me more than once and refused to come up to the till. I waited for a bit longer, and still nothing. Having extreme patience stopped me from saying anything. Do not come to this DQ at night. Terrible workers.

Absolutely horrible. Was there at 9:44 and tried to order. Staff said we couldn’t get our food because the kitchen closes at 9:50 even though the restaurant is open till 10. Kitchen staff was extremely rude to my wife. They said there was only 2 hamburger patties that were already made and they wouldn’t make more. They grabbed blizzards that were already made out of the freezer that were frozen because the machines were already taken down. If you’re a fast food restaurant that is open till 10 stay open till 10.

I bought a cake to celebrate my daughter's 2 year birthday ?. The cake is a well packaged, horrible mess. 99% icing cake was sold to me. I was warned ⚠️ but I didn't listen. 30 CAD just went down the trash. Never again ? Thank my goodness that there was a revised plan A. Negative star ?
As we walked into the empty Dairy Queen on a Saturday at 8:15 pm, we were greeted by a 10 minute wait to order. My son tried to order the “cookie dough” blizzard just to be told they have ZERO cookie dough, which wouldn’t be the biggest deal in the world, then when I tried to pay with my brand new Dairy Queen gift card I was told the “gift card machine” was broken and I had to pay with a card. All of these inconveniences were welcomed by a a rude, incompetent cashier. After another 10 minutes when they finally came with the order it was, it was a melted puddle of ice cream that they didn’t even bother flipping over in the signature DQ fashion. Bad experience stick with the other location.

If you have to go here, don't bother going inside. Only use the drive thru or they will just ignore you inside. We went in and another lady was ahead with a cake standing at the counter. We waited over 10 min and nobody even came to the front to say why they couldn't help us. The lady ahead said she had been waiting a while already. Workers kept looking at us out of the corner of their eyes but quickly turned away. We finally walked out. They don't want your business. The drive thru wasn't particularly busy, and workers were standing around, yet nobody could even acknowledge us or the lady ahead with her cake melting on the counter. It's best to just find another place that actually wants your business.
