Terrible management. Waited long time for delivery orders. As they said they only start making food after driver arrives. Time is money！！！
I've been to the walk up about 15 times now while walking my dogs and every single time I've received no answer at the walk up window no matter how long I wait for a response nor the amount of times I ring the doorbell

Terrible experience in the drive thru multiple times. Waiting up to 20 minutes in the drive thru for a 6 piece chicken strip basket that comes out cold. Rude workers sounding very ignorant and pushy. 2/10 worst dq experience in Saskatoon
Worst service out of all the DQs in the city. So slow. Slightly better than Stonebridge as the food is at least better than there.
Edit: Stonebridge has improved, this is the worst one in the city

I sat in here for ten minutes waiting for help , there is four people here , I was yelling for assistance and nobody moved a muscle , I’m on lunch break and don’t have time for that unprofessional attitude
This DQ is more expensive than the other with significantly smaller portions. Find somewhere else.
Ice cream cake was good. Picked that only.
It's okay if nothing else is open, and occasionally fun for the soft-serve. Staff seem committed to working efficiently, and the food comes as advertised. That said, the quality of the beef is poor. Quality of service is ho-hum, and reflects a general downward trend over the past five years. Sad. Customer service used to be so much better.
But you can definitely do worse than this place.
I had a rush order for a cake, and the staff member responsible for decorating it was incredibly patient as I took my time deciding on the final design. The end result was absolutely amazing!
