Driver didn't deliver an i thought I wasnt getting my food. The manager made me another order and sent it out and made sure i got it. Thank you again!

Went March 20th after work. The food was as expected; good DQ food (burger and chicken strips). The guy behind the till had not heard of the blizzard we wanted to order (Cherry chocolate chip) but he checked with a worker in the back and it wasn't a problem. Mostly they get 5 stars for the young guy in the lobby, cleaning tables. The place was spotless, he was friendly and polite, brought us our Blizzards, and when my husband started coughing, he offered to get him some water! You don't see that level of attentiveness these days, especially in a fast food restaurant!

I had a very disappointing experience at Dairy Queen. I went to pick up two orders that were assigned to me from two different couriers. Both pickup locations were only about a 3-minute drive from each other, so it should not have been an issue.
However, the staff reacted negatively and told me they would not give me the orders. Their explanation did not make sense. Even if one courier had two pickups from the same place, the staff would normally give both orders. So I don’t understand why they refused in this situation.
As delivery drivers, we work hard to complete orders and provide good service. Experiences like this are very disappointing and make the job unnecessarily difficult.
I kindly suggest that management review the behavior of the employees at this location. Please don’t rely only on what staff say about the situation, because it can sometimes be misrepresented.
I hope this feedback helps improve service for both customers and delivery drivers in the future.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the owner (Shaileshbhai) and staff of Dairy Queen for their incredible honesty and kindness.
Recently, I accidentally lost my gold ring while visiting the store. This ring is very precious to me, both financially and emotionally, and I was extremely worried when I realized it was missing. I had almost lost hope of finding it again.
To my surprise and great relief, the owner found the ring and kept it safely. When I contacted the store, they immediately responded and returned my ring without any hesitation. Their honesty, integrity, and professionalism truly impressed me.
In today’s world, it is rare to see such genuine and trustworthy people. This act shows their strong values and respect for their customers.
I sincerely thank the owner and the entire team for their kindness and support. Because of this experience, my respect for Dairy Queen has increased even more. I will always recommend this place to my friends and family, not only for their great service but also for their outstanding character.
Thank you once again for your honesty and for making my day. You turned a very stressful situation into a happy ending.

Got the viral cupcake ice cream today. There was hardly any cupcake crumble in it !! less than tea spoon in the whole thing !!
They make there so much smaller and don’t add the sufficient amount of icing that other locations do are the middle center of cookie crumble.. very disappointed!! go to other locations, they actually give you what you pay for! This location gives you less of everything, you don’t get your dollars worth of anything here. No longer supporting this location.

Hands down the worst Dairy Queen. Any time I’ve been here they served food and fries so old it actually smells so bad when you get it. Why does my burger smell like rotting meat. The fries are so old you’d think they’re microwaved fries that sat out from the day before. Don’t bother wasting your money here. Also to add the cleanliness of the workers, ya go ahead and touch your face and hair then make my food, don’t bother washing your hands. Disgusting habits.

I usually go to the DQ at blairemore but this time I was closer to the Hampton DQ. I went and got a grilled chicken salad. What a disappointment! I’m pretty sure I got 1/2 a salad compared to the blairemore DQ. The container wasn’t even 1/2 full. It was brutal. Whe. I order it from Blairmore DQ I can’t even shake the greens in the container cause it is packed. Very much dissatisfied with this salad. Never again Hampton DQ!

I used the drive through and it was quick easy and convenient. Staff were pleasant and friendly. My order was correct and I was able to pay with either cash or card. I would recommend the burgers are good as is any of the ice cream dishes.

Just went drive through order and came home just now, but wow burger has 2 hairs on it this is the very first time i Experience this we always at Dq with my kids after school to get some snacks, hoping that this will not happen again so please think to wear hairnet who ever is making or packing burger today.
