Just went drive through order and came home just now, but wow burger has 2 hairs on it this is the very first time i Experience this we always at Dq with my kids after school to get some snacks, hoping that this will not happen again so please think to wear hairnet who ever is making or packing burger today.

I had an amazing experience at Dairy Queen! The service was super friendly and quick. My order was fresh and delicious — especially the Blizzard, it was perfectly mixed with every bite full of flavor. The place was clean, and the staff made sure everything was just right. I have been a loyal DQ customer since 2017, but I have never experienced such unprofessional and rude behavior from a staff member until today. I went to pick up a delivery order and waited patiently for about 30 minutes. After 20 minutes, I politely asked for the estimated time, and a staff member named Theo (likely Filipino) responded with a very disrespectful attitude. Instead of giving me an answer, he said things like “I don’t know, maybe ask the kitchen. You want to try?” — all while he was the one handling the packing and plating. He even yelled at me, saying “I’m not in charge, I don’t know.”

As someone who also works in and manages a kitchen, I fully understand that food can be delayed during busy hours. However, politeness and professionalism should never be compromised. Unfortunately, this experience was completely the opposite.

I will definitely avoid this location moving forward and will be sharing this experience with my friends as well.
