Placed an online order, for a blizzard, and at the pick up, I saw a poster for a blizzard of the month, so l asked her if can switch it to that one, the rep said yes and she won't charge for the difference. And I was surprisingly happy but I took the one that I had placed an order for. But I thank her for the gesture
