A really peaceful and aesthetic place. A good place for dates. Staff were nice and friendly. Atmosphere was good. Not too expensive as well. Only thing is they should add more items in their menu as I feel there’s not much to choose from. Overall experience was good and would definitely recommend this place

Food and coffee were great. The building inside was filthy. The fabric covered half walls, had lint hanging off it. The hardwood floors were completely filthy and unfinished. Walls and baseboards near the kitchen with drips and stains. A piece of paint and drywall missing. The wheeled bussing cart looks like it's never been cleaned ever, so it's covered in greasy dirt. Dirty windows and dessert didplay case w/o the desserts labeled, so you're guessing at what the items are...I could probably legitimately list 4 or 5 more things...God knows what the kitchen looks like. Food was great..the dirt and grime were so bad , I'll never be back. TAKE SOME PRIDE IN YOUR BUSINESS AND CLEAN, ONCE AND AWHILE!!

The kindness I was shown at D’lish today goes unmatched. I am very sick and wanted some soup. By recommendation I discovered this place. I phoned before hand to set aside the soup and when I had gotten there the gentlemen at the till mentioned to me that there was an out of order sign on the bathroom but it was put there for me in case I needed somewhere to be sick so the washroom wasn’t occupied if I had an emergency. This was so kind and so generous! I will for sure be going back! And the soup is DELIGHTFUL and exactly what I needed.

We went for a 1:30 Tuesday lunch here based on a recommendation. Street parking was manageable but we did have to park a couple of blocks away. We lined up to place a lunch order. Daily soup and salad options were written on a board and there were small menus on the wall where you line up. You order at the main counter and then try to find a place to sit. There were both inside and outside options although it was quite busy. I ordered the turkey soup and strawberry balsamic salad option and asked if it was all gluten free as “gf” was on the board. The gal said yes but when my plate was delivered it had a bun on it. They sell gf bread etc so I thought it was gf but asked a waitress going by just incase and she said NO it isn’t and brought me a slice of mainly frozen bread no butter or anything and it wasn’t very good so I only had a couple of bites. I am only gluten sensitive so this would not make me sick. If I was celiac, that would not work. The soup and salad were excellent. My husband ordered a roast beef sandwhich and said it was delicious. He also ate my bun! We were given one napkin between us which I thought was odd. The bathroom is hidden and behind the line up of people so not easy to get to. The decor/atmosphere is eclectic and rustic. Service was friendly.
