I ordered a New York style for pick up, grabbed my order, came home, Opened the box and saw this paper thin pizza that very clearly is thin crust… I called and they immediately knew they screwed up. Lady on the phone ARGUED with me and told me I had to pay for delivery if I want the correct pizza!! Spoke to the manager and she told me delivery is free when they screw up. Advised the lady before was rude and needs training! I am disgusted in her attitude, however am thankful the manager made it right!

Okay maybe I'm being harsh, the new Parmesan stuff crust was okay. it just have quite too much parmesan dust making it quite salty. overall its okay.

Ordered pizza to watch hockey with , a large 6 cheese pizza with garlic Parmesan sauce and bacon and pepperoni. Got home and found they didn’t make the 6 cheese feast pizza part of it . Just a pepperoni and bacon pizza with garlic parm sauce . Then told they could make a new one but I would have to pay to have the pizza delivered . (Despite them making the mistake ) not happy . Very disappointed.

I came home exhausted and just wanted an easy meal. So I ordered online and was surprised to see that I even had options for how I preferred my pizza done (lightly baked, medium or well done so everything would look more crispy). Honestly, it has been my pet peeve when the pizza was baked too long. They turned out perfectly.

Service was awesome, soon as I walked in I was greeted, told it would up in a second. It’s the small things. The hand made pan was baked perfectly, the Hawaiian hand made pan could have been baked a bit longer though. Either way it was a great experience.
