These guys are good when they do it right but 90% of the time they screw up the order. I used 2 credits from past mistakes of theirs and one of the pizzas came incorrect, on a pizza they gave me credit for cause it was made incorrect. 2 times in a row, its unreal how often they screw up at this location.

I ordered a New York style for pick up, grabbed my order, came home, Opened the box and saw this paper thin pizza that very clearly is thin crust… I called and they immediately knew they screwed up. Lady on the phone ARGUED with me and told me I had to pay for delivery if I want the correct pizza!! Spoke to the manager and she told me delivery is free when they screw up. Advised the lady before was rude and needs training! I am disgusted in her attitude, however am thankful the manager made it right!
