The order was delivered as exactly as I placed it … and hot upon delivery!!! A HUGE plus. This hasn’t always been the case but I feel that dominos takes their pizzeria seriously and this is the reason why we always return.

This is the first time I visited any Domino’s in Saskatoon. And for sure, it’s the last time too. Worst customer service !! I came at 12:23am on 23rd May, the girl that took my order has 0 customer representation skills. Firstly, it’s my first time so I need some more info on type of crusts, toppings, so I asked few questions, and she looked frustrated while answering them, and just told me all the topping in her own mouth without even making sure that I can listen properly. I worked in a Pizza Store myself too, so I know how things work and how much it matters. Food taste comes next, first is how you greet the customer, and it’s like she was not ready to welcome us. She doesn’t deserve to be at front !! Straight Facts. I wasn’t even willing to place the order, but still did it just because I have some basic morals, don’t want to waste someone’s time. Lastly, am never coming back, and never going to recommend this location to anyone.

When I first got into the building to pick up my order, a couple was at the till and it seemed as if they were getting impatient and have been there having trouble for a while. I patiently waited while they tried to figure it out without anyone giving me my order or asking if I was there to pick up. After 5 minutes, another person came in to pick up and immediately got service despite me being there for five minutes. After she was server I finally got help and payed for my TWO pizzas, he proceeded to grab one of the two pizzas and said thank you for ordering, I asked him where my second pizza was and he was dumbfounded. I ended up getting my second mediocre pizza.

Last night was the first time I walked into a pizza place for a carry out order in years. After this experience I probably won’t order from there again.
I was inside for about 20 minutes and in that time I saw the employee go from making pizza’s, to answering the phone, taking cash orders and tapping on the screen of the computer, multiple times, and not once did I see hand hygiene. She didn’t wear any gloves, and didn’t wash hands between any of those things.
It takes a simple food safety course to know that you need to wash every single time you touch ANYTHING else.
Not only was it her, the delivery driver came and went multiple times while I was in there. When he came back the final time, he walked over to my pizza which was just cooling, and took it out of the pizza oven, put it on the counter, cut it & boxed it. WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS After coming back from doing multiple delivery orders.
Maybe I assumed there were better food standards because I always get pizza delivered, and don’t see what is actually going on in the shop until now? On top of it, the pizza was terrible.

The gluten free pizza is the best pizza that I have ever tasted. They are always consistent with the quality and ingredients.
Food was reasonably priced. Came hot and fresh
Pick up order was on time and tasted great.
The delivery driver was very prompt and courteous. The pizzas were very fresh and delicious.
Great pizza every time, the handmade is fire.
