Got stuck in broadway during the snowstorm and Dough Box was the only place open. They were amazingly kind and the food quality was top notch even though we were the only people eating. Sukhi and Suhas were absolutely great and hats off to them for being here, serving with such great smiles even with the horrid weather outside.

I got the coupon of dough box a week ago, n today I want to use it, when I called them to use that coupon, they denied the coupon and don’t know how to check it if its valid or not. There would be expiry on it, how customers get to know - is it valid or not?? Disappointed, bad customer service. It feels like zero professionalism in their working environment.
I always wanted to try this place, I definitely was not disappointed. The pizza was amazing and so fresh tasting. I ordered the twisted club pizza and my buddy ordered an all meat. They were both so good that I ate the whole pizza! The crust is so good when cooked with that wood fire taste it made it even better. I will definitely be back again. ??

Some people might really enjoy the more subtle flavors, but for my tastes the crust lacks texture, flavor, and structure - it sort of dissolves in your mouth, and I prefer more chew and flavor.The staff were friendly, and the pizza was ready in 10 minutes.
