We visited this place tonight and overall had a great experience. The service was exceptional, the beer was nice, and the crispy chicken was delicious. We were a group of six, and three of us ordered pizza.
However, my husband’s pizza came with the bottom completely black, fingers got black black while eating which was surprising because the other two pizzas were perfectly fine. When we mentioned it, we were told this can happen because of the natural oven, and that they would take care of it this time—but it might happen again if we order pizza in the future.
I mentioned that I might not order pizza again next time, and the response was simply “up to you.”
Everything else was great, but the pizza experience and the way the feedback was handled were disappointing.

Went to Earls on Saturday and had a wonderful experience. The food and ambiance were great and our server Kyle was fantastic! My family and I were not familiar with the menu and he gave us so much help deciding what to order. We were all super happy with our choices! We will definitely come back!

Earls is a consistent chain restaurant, I ordered the vegan pizza because I can't have dairy which I've had at multiple locations and it's always excellent. For the prices I would expect the servers to be more knowledgeable but they never are otherwise I think it's a great option for me knowing I can get a delicious dairy free pizza that's the same at any location.

So I had two business associates in Saskatoon from Alberta and we decided to go to Earls as always good. Well this time not so good for myself, and I did not complain as did not want to in front of visitors. Ordered the chicken and rib combo which is always my go to meal. The chicken was so dry and over spiced it was inedible, and the Coleslaw was also very dry and tasteless. Ate the ribs and just told everyone I was not hungry. Not a great experience

We have been long time patrons of Earls but last night I left feeling rather dissatisfied. We had gone out for our daughter's 12th birthday - included the note in our reservation. It was barely acknowledged but honestly, I could've looked past that but what left a poor (literally) taste in my mouth is that the chicken in my meal was partially raw. When we brought it to our servers attention she assured us we would not be charged and apologized profusely. When the manager showed up, again apologized said this was not their standard and that they were addressing it with the kitchen. He offered me a free dinner entry upon our next visit but we were still charged in full for my meal. A meal I ate about 1/3 of before finding the raw chicken and then it ruined my appetite. I just do not feel it was fair to be charged for a meal that was ther mistake. Instead they offer a free meal upon your next visit, to what get you back in the door? Or hope you possibly forget to mention? Just does not seem to be the level of service we are accustomed to when dining at Earls and to be honest because of how it was handled, I'm not sure it will be our first choice to dine out anymore.

Our experience for our daughters wedding supper was great. She especially liked the table marker that was on the table. Happy Hallowedding!

I'm normally an Earl's fan. This experience did not match my common expectations. The reservation for 6 worked through opentable, but the table selected is not fitting to a good environment and example of the Saskatoon venue. Tucked in the corner right near the cold lobby hidden from the ambience is not appreciated. The service was continually slow and anything ordered took more time then required. Options were not available and when corrected it took even longer. Food was cold across the board. Order was not correct including wrong menu item and wrong steak doneness and the flavors were bland and boring. At payment half the table had left as the service continued to drag on.

Everything about our dining experience here was amazing. The food was next level, our waitress was polite quick and did her job very well. My girlfriend and I have decided this is our new favorite restaurant. Thank you Earls for the amazing evening.

The truffle tortellini was outstanding. Loved the ambience at this Earls, repurposing the old bread bakery.

I strayed from my usual menu pick and had the Honey Bee pizza which was a fantastic pick. Perfectly spicy and that honey was a nice finishing kiss. The baby Bellini was a nice pick as well.
