Recently came in to Earls campus to study at the bar top. Jules made sure I was well taken care of and gave me some great food and drink recommendations. She is the best and I will definitely be coming back!

I really enjoyed coming to Earls. It was my high school haunt in the late 80’s. I had not been in 12 years, but it is still amazing.
I had the fish tacos which were new and ought to stay on the menu for sure.
We had a large group with two servers, one meal got missed and they comped it for the guest.
Everyone had a good time.

Went during happy hour. The atmosphere is fantastic, used to be a bread factory so it has a very unique design. Waiter was great as well. Prices are high, so definitely make sure you go when they have deals.

Earls restaurant is the best restaurant in the city for me. Whether it comes to food, the ambiance and just the environment. The best date night spot!

Restaurant was cold enough I almost left my coat on. Staff looked frozen as they seated people and took orders. We were slightly disappointed in the lack of selection of Gluten free meal choices. It had been some time since we had eaten out and were quite surprised at the prices of entrees. Maybe that was why we were able to make a reservation to arrive at 5.00 pm on a Saturday.

Spectacular service by Zoe, overall great experience as drinks, appies, meal, dessert were wonderful. Did I mentioned stellar service? We loved our table as was easy to converse, good lighting, didn't feel we had to over talk noise form other tables. Overall, we were very happy we chose this for a dual birthday special occasion and we felt valued and looked after while there. Thank you!

I ordered the truffle tortellini ($28) with added prawns ($7.50). The tortellini itself was delicious. However, I am disappointed that I paid $7.50 for 4 pieces of shrimp. It is such a rip off considering I can buy a bag of 40 frozen shrimp at Costco for $16. I understand that restaurants get you to pay more for what you get but I think the added charge for the amount of prawns that I got was ridiculous. I asked the waitress if I could possibly add more and she said I could but it’d be an extra charge. To clarify I asked, “So it’s a $7.50 charge for 4 little pieces of shrimp?” and to which she replied “yup.” Therefore, if you’re ordering at Earls be cautious with the menu as it is very misleading.
The rim of the water glass was broken and very sharp. I cut my mouth and it started bleeding. When I told the server, all she said was “I'm sorry, I'll replace the glass right away.” She didn't ask if I was okay or show any concern, and nothing else was done about it. I ordered the fettuccine chicken Alfredo, and it was extremely dry — it honestly felt like plain boiled pasta with no sauce at all. We were there for dinner to celebrate my husband's birthday. I had mentioned this when I made the reservation, but I still had to ask multiple times for the complimentary cake. After that, we waited another 20 minutes, and what we received was a small chocolate fudge cake that looked more like a muffin. We were told that unfortunately nothing more could be done because we had already paid, even though the cake was forgotten in the first place. Despite everything, we still left a $100 tip. This experience was really disappointing. I miss the old Earl's service and hope it can return to the standard it used to have.

Looks like the bacchus lounge got a facelift! Very nice update! Our male server was spectacular - attentive, well spoken, humorous, friendly and kind. Food was awesome! And the vibe was great - busy for a Tuesday night - crop production in town. 10/10! Will be back soon! 😊

I have been to Earls many times over the past years. We have ate in on the patio in the summer and have ordered take out as well. The food portions are good sizes for the price we prefer eating in cause the food is always better being fresh than waiting to eat it when you get home. Some of my favourite things to have here are the baken cheddar burger with fries. I n my opinion it is one of the best burgers in the city if not the best and is a good size burger for the price.unfortunately the last time I was here I noticed that it was not on the menu any more and wished it still was because it was better than what they replaced it with. Others that I was with said the same thing. I also use to enjoy the calamari here but now they make it with some sauce that is a little spicy that I and others that I was with were not a fan of and said we wouldn’t order it again in the future.

My partner and I went to Earls on a whim for dinner, and it was excellent!
We started with the yuzu calamari, then had steak mains. All of the food was delicious and the steaks were cooked perfectly! Our cocktails were also well made - enough so that we ordered a second round. :)
The highlight of our meal was the excellent service of our server, Julietta. She was friendly and highly attentive from the very start of our meal, and thoughtfully offered to move us to a quieter section of the restaurant when a large group at the next table became boisterous. She also brought us each desserts when she found out we were celebrating some recent personal and academic successes! Julietta truly provided the best dining service that my partner and I have recently experienced. :)
