Usually can count on consistency with Earls right across western Canada but was disappointed with the food tonight. The taste was good but there were a couple of issues. There were six of us, 3 who had steaks. Only one was done correctly. The worst one was the medium rare it was actually medium well barely pink.My chicken caesar salad was warm and wilted I think it sat on the pass too long under heat maybe? Service was okay.

But please, please, please, just ask us if we want the bill. We've said there's nothing else for us tonight, and it's been 15 minutes since the server came by. Our drinks are empty, we're ready to go, we've said we don't want anything else... Please offer us the bill. As the person who's not paying it's rude for me to ask for it, but my family member treating us is older and doesn't understand that he needs to ask for it.
Please just offer to bring it. Please. We're trapped here.
Update: it's 10 minutes later, someone brought us more water (we didn't ask for) without saying a word. We're still stuck here.
2nd update: 1hr 52 minutes after sitting down, we were asked if we wanted the bill. That was a very long time for what was just 1 drink and an entree each—but it looks like we get to go home tonight after all.

Great restaurant and experience! Our meals were delicious, and the service was outstanding. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Asked for a table in quieter section so they put us in a quiet section but different area of restaurant so poor atmosphere - like the restaurant seemed abandoned /closed. Less people, but the music was so loud we could barely hear each other even though we were one of the only tables with people at it. Food was great but service was very poor -hardly checked on our table. We asked for appetizer to share before meal but brought everything out at once and some of the food was cold. Had to ask for water refill. Waiter brought a pitcher of water but didn't refill any glasses and then no refill on pitcher either. Unfortunate, as earls is usually so good and fun servers.

We had dinner at Earl's with friends last night. It is a restaurant in Saskatoon that has stood the test of time, and has always delivered a standard of food and service that is consistent and dependable. We always come away happy. One little thing I noticed last night that was different, and hope it is not changing is the hand soap. This is weird I know, but I associate Fruits and Passion soap with Earl's all these years, and felt like they always kept a higher standard even down to their smallest of details. It was appreciated always!! Just wanted to mention that was noticed and missed. Other than that, the food, service and ambiance was great!

Went to Earls today for my dads birthday, called and asked if they had room for us (7 adults with 2 infants, asked for high chairs) they gave us a reservation and once we got there was only given one high chair and a booster. They said as another came available they would bring one over, never happened but we made do. My brother ordered a Caesar drink that was on special, he never got his drink. Our server never came around much at all, when he finally did my grandpa who was waiting for more coffee had to ask before the server tried running off again, server never asked him the whole meal if he ever needed more coffee. When our water jugs ran out it took a long while to get more water. When the bill finally came the drink my brother ordered but never got was on the bill still so obviously we asked that to be removed. Found it odd that even though we only had 7 adults with 2 lap infants we still were considered a large party with auto gratuities dispite the infants being infants not being able to eat anything. No issues with the food, the server was friendly and nice but definitely lacked table manicuring & checking in anticipating our needs but just felt like the whole experience was disappointing.

We had amazing drinks and a delicious meal while dining on the outdoor lounge patio. The atmosphere and greenery vibe was beautiful on a cool summer night. Our server Leah M. was wonderful, 5 stars! Highly recommend.

I went to Earls with my friends and our kids tonight. We ordered drinks, appetizers and meals. My friends steak was very chewy so we sent it back. The waitress, Amelia, was understanding and very kind about it. She got us a brand new steak which was very well cooked the second time. Props to the manager who comped the entire dish. They went above and beyond for just a normal table and made our experience extremely positive. I will definitely be back with management like that and I will tell others as well. Good job Earls Saskatoon staff.
Uber eats had a BOGO deal on Earls amazing spinach dip. I live in Warman so unfortunately they don't deliver. I had a super crappy week and figured I deserved to drown my sorrows in some spinach dip. So I placed the order and drove to Saskatoon to go pick it up. I was almost out of the city when I realized that I only got one of the dips (i think it was a glitch with the uber app). Obviously one dip would have been more than enough for me, but the deal is what convinced me to drive myself out. I pulled over and gave Earls a call to see if there was anything they could do. Initially they suggested I reach out to Uber Eats to start a file/complaint which I really didn't have the patience or energy for. I told them not to worry about it and it wasn't a big deal. The girl I spoke with put me on a quick hold while she talked to her manager, the manager eventually came on the phone and told me they would get another dip going for me if I could come back in 10 minutes. Obviously one spinach dip isn't going to break Earls, but the service and care that was provided to me by each and every member at every touch point was top notch. They helped me end my shit week on a high note and I really appreciate it. I've always loved Earls and they keep on impressing me.

A friend took me here for my 50th birthday. My daughter was a professional cook here for many years eating brought back so many good memories of the place . I ordered a Singapore sling and they didn’t have all of the right amount of alcohol to make the drink correctly. I was glad to see that they took down the ostrich heads off the walls.
