Did a mobile order tonight only to have to wait an entire hour from order confirmation to actual food in hand. Finally asked for a refund for the sushi I ordered as it was taking so long and the employee making it didn't know what she was doing. They refused to refund me saying they couldn't. Instead kept asking me not to report their inefficiency and lack of service. They repeatedly stated if I reported it they would be fired not even apologizing for not fulfilling my paid order. Lost about $25 because they wouldn't refund me and I wasn't about to stand there all night with my children crying for supper. Terrible terrible place. DO NOT GO THERE
We were waiting for almost 15 minutes on queue, when it was our turn and ordered california, they told us there is no rice and would be another 20 minutes to get it ready! It would have been nice if they inform customers while waiting, or at least put a sign.

Ordered 3 dishes and all were wrong. It was through Skip the Dishes who did nothing about it. Paid $86 for way below satisfactory food. Funny thing, the store said there was no error. Of course they'll say that over refunding money. Three customers that will never use the Brighton location again. My advice, use FUH Station. Way cheaper and they care about their customers.

Went here for food on my lunch break, parking is easy. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Clean business. Prices are worth what you get when ordering sushi & bowls from here. The chicken Teriyaki rice bowl was absolutely delicious and exactly what I wanted today.

Really nice service. We both enjoyed our meal. Restaurants are all a bit heavy with salt, but it's balanced with flavour, so we were happy ?

They have daily meal deals! I love saving money ? so I'm pleased with this. I usually get their bento box, and the price is reasonable for how many options I can pick and choose and change it up every time to try something new. I especially like beef on rice, springs rolls, sushi, all their side options are good too!Clean restaurant all the time. Friendly staff.

Me and my girlfriend came in this evening and there were 2 gentlemen working. Unfortunately I forgot to get their names but they were so welcoming and friendly for us coming in 10 minutes before close. The food was delicious as always, we will definitely be coming back!

Bad Location. Sinister, unfriendly men seem like the only staff. Why do they work there? Relatives hired out of convenience/obligation? Some other kind of scheme for the owner and they just cook here to keep up appearances? Who knows. The food seems slopped together. I ordered a Sumo Size meal and the only thing they added extra was noodles. Almost no vegetables in the whole thing and certainly none of the extra I paid for.I will go back to my old preferred location in the future, the 8th St Cumberland one.
