Edo Japan - Midtown - Grill and Sushi

The best location to eat from. The portions are just right, food tastes fresh, and the friendliest staff. The staff welcome you with a smile and are very kind. Definitely recommend.

I absolutely love Edo Japan! I always order the Sukiyaki Beef (double beef) and in this picture you'll see the Gyoza and Spring Rolls too. I get the white rice, garden veg and teriyaki on the side. They've never let me down. I've even ordered it in other provinces to send to friends. You won't be disappointed.

My favourite thing to order is bubble tea, but when I ordered from the midtown location the worker was very unhappy to have make my bubble tea. When i tried the bubble tea it was not sweet at all and just tasted like water because he had not made it correctly. It was very disappointing for me, as I love this drink and bought six of them and now I don’t even want to drink them. It is annoying too because i feel like this was an avoidable issue and was on purpose due to the workers dislike of making bubble tea.

I've always liked Edo Japan, and this restaurant does not disappoint. My go-to is the Beef Yakisoba sumo sized. Lots of fresh veggies and beef. I also tried their Boba Milk Tea, which was good and at a great price compared to places that sell only Boba drinks. Also ordered their Tempura Sushi, which I didn't care much for only because it had shrimp, which I don't particularly like, but my husband devoured it.

Our favorite Edo Japan restaurant location is in Midtown Mall. Very delicious and amazing people work here. They always recognize me and my son, among other people! Always friendly and kind! Welcoming! Always feel like visiting best friends! Great job 👏

I do not usually make feedback as I give consideration and give respect to people who work hard in customer service when they made mistake but It was my worst experience. One of the crew embarrassed us because they messed up. The guy insisted that they already made our order but we waited there just for him to humiliate and embarrassed us. The other crew was trying to fixed what they messed up but that one crew was keep on talking and embarrassed us. Thank you for the crew who do their job right.I give them 5 stars. The crew who ruined my day must learn to do his job right. Making a messed, blaming and judging his customers.That is absolutely unacceptable!!!!

I ordered beef yakisoba, but they gave me the wrong order and when I tried to ask for my actual order they argued with me.

Staff won't make menu items and try to push already made ones. Go to umi sushi it's way better.

I had a horrible experience here today for some very sub par food. I ordered my food and had to wait 20 minutes for one tray of sushi and I could see the man making my food and even when I had asked if he could move faster and his boss had asked him the same he still moved extremely slowly. While I was waiting for my food another costumer had to request a refund after waiting 20 minutes for one drink. If I could give 0 stars I would because the wait time is utterly ridiculous

Edo Midtown was the original in Saskatoon . It has always been the best one to go . Sad to find today it is no longer my fave location. My Sukiyaki Beef was awful due to the fact the teriyaki sauce was heavily watered down. I won't go out of my way to come here again. ?

Tempura sushi roll, spring roll and passion fruit green tea, surprised me for the taste and quality. Good place if you like Asia food!
