Family Pizza Taylor Street

I just rolled into Saskatoon for a week. Decided to try this pizza place on the recommendation of the front desk of the hotel. I was not disappointed. The pizza was delivered quickly and it was a great value for the money. Pizza was perfectly cooked and delicious. Glad I decided to go with this place. Guaranteed I order from here again before I leave at the end of the week.

I was frustrated to learn that tomato-based sauces cannot be substituted on your specials without paying an extra $12. As someone with a tomato allergy, this restriction makes it difficult to enjoy your menu safely and fairly. I hope you’ll reconsider your policy to better accommodate customers with dietary restrictions.

I was very disappointed with the customer service. The staff were not accommodating when it came to food allergies, and the person who answered the phone was unnecessarily difficult about modifying the toppings. Overall, the experience was unhelpful and frustrating.

We had a birthday celebration for 25 people. Matt was so helpful planning the menu. Everything arrived on time and was enjoyed by all.

Have had issues with their online ordering rewards program for months have called the store 5 times 5 times they said a manager or head office would get back to me 5 times it didn’t happen, minus 10 for customer service

We have this location deliver pizzas for our very large group of people. I mean hundreds. They are great to deal with, and the quality of the product is very good. Mike is fantastic to deal with, and works hard to serve his customers.

Pizza and breadsticks were very bland and nothing for toppings. Dry ribs came in a pizza box and were soggy not crispy. Dip was also not closed properly and spilt all in the box. Family Pizza has been always one of my goto pizza places to eat at. This really disappointed me. Really wish I would have came on here to read the reviews as someone already stated that. If you want continuous customers, don’t skimp out on your toppings.

They messed up our order and so they sent an extra large pizzas and a note. The pizza and mini ribs was good. Cheesecake was regular.

Over price for 2 for 1 pizza

I love their lasagna! Best lasagna in the city!
