I had an amazing experience at Family pizza last night. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the ribs and the service was top-notch.

Ever since the new owners took over I've been disappointed everytime I order pizza here. Used to be the best location and I would go out of my way for it. Quality really dipped in the last couple years. Finally done with this one.

Very friendly staff. Clean kitchen and front counter area. Food is prepared and cooked well. I've never had a bad pizza from here. A small mixup once, adding some wait for a pick up order. Store was more than happy to add an order of breadstix and sauce for no charge, and even offered to let me take the pizza that was a mistake.

This is the reason I decided to leave a review. Great job! Thank you to the staff. :)

Place an order from here this evening through Uber eats food was awesome but had issues with Uber eats who refused to resolve the issue so I but went down to the restaurant to see if they could help and they did everything and they could to help me even going as far as giving me a credit for next order thanks guys it's great customer service I appreciate it and next time I'll just get my delivery rate from the restaurant and leave out Uber eats

One of our favourite pizza places!

?? what happened this place was so awesome months ago Now it is so so bad food is horrible it's not the same as before customer service can't understand me and I am canadian fluent in English and they got mad at me for the language barrier but most of all the food... I paid lots of money to get literally sick

Calling the location with a hasty and impatient service worker. After a few hasty exchanges. " Are you going to order or not?" Verbal address with"hold on a second" and with very uncomfortable tone. Was unhelpful and unfriendly about anything. ? with this person's customer servicing.
