2 for 1 Family Pizza 🍕 Brighton

Hi Everyone, I came to this location once a few months ago and they accidentally forgot to eliminate the onions.. I thought I would try them again and they went over and above. They apologized sincerely and made me something special which I didn’t expect at all. I was really super surprised. Since it’s close to where I live, I’ll continue with this location.

Ordered the walk in special and was told would be ready in 10-15 minutes. Walked back in twenty minutes later to be told they needed another 5 minutes. All in it took 45 minutes to finally receive my pizza. Not happy with being lied to twice about time, and not the first time they've done this to me but it will be the last time

Asked for delivery. Called me to say they’ll be late and when they arrived, the delivery man said they didn’t have enough Pepsi so they gave me an iced tea and Diet Pepsi to make up for it. Very friendly and great service so far.

Every time I have picked up from this location, I have been pleased to receive prompt and friendly service. The kitchen is very open, and you can see they take time to keep it clean, and the employees are always working in a professional manner. The food is consistent with what you expect from Family Pizza, we really enjoy their dry ribs.

We ordered 2 large pizza's and salad last night. Not the best, crust under the toppings was still doughy was not cooked enough.

My favourite pizza place!! Sauce is spot on and the service is amazing!

I have never been a huge fan of Family Pizza, but as new residents of the area we ordered from here to give it a try. We ordered online during peak Friday hours and it arrived in 30 minutes. Our pizzas were cooked to perfection, no soggy crust and great toppings! 3 mediums fed three guys and myself, and were all stuffed lol

Don’t bother ordering from here. The past 3 times I’ve ordered, they’ve gotten my order wrong. The quality is not even close to the Taylor Street location.

AVOID!Ordered pizza at 715pm today. Scheduled delivery was 8pm.8:15 pm and still no pizza.Called location and asked what happened.Was told the delivery driver is doing a "triple delivery" and would be about another '5-8 mins'.I was going to be delivered cold pizza after being made to wait 30 mins after my quoted delivery time.We canceled our order.NEVER pay in advance, especially for these reasons.So disappointing.Update: 8:25pm manager called, stated the delivery driver was 'stuck' and she would resend out our order. We passed, and ended up getting delicious pizza from Panago Pizza on 51st.
