Fatburger Preston Crossing

I often come here with my girlfriend and her family. The food is always delicious and the service is amazing. Never had a bad experience, one of the best experiences in Saskatoon.

Ordered chicken.. was wonderful, fresh, and exactly as pictured. Place was really steady, lots of room to sit.

Decent selection and nice renovation. Also convenient that there’s a Famoso in the same building.

Counter service burger place. The machine is prompting for tips for NO service, ridiculous!

Excellent food will be back

We've been loyal customers of this burger place since 2020, but after today’s experience, we will no longer be returning. Our order was wrong twice, and when we informed the server, she responded with rudeness, telling us to just switch and eat it. The poor service has completely lost us as regular customers. I wish I could give no star for service.

Was not impressed with my experience here. First I ordered a kids meal. The lady was not impressed and said “yeah but that’s only for kids”. Who cares?! Then my burger patty was extremely dry. The fries had absolutely no salt and were very bland. The other burger I ordered was very bland and just overall gross. Would not recommend this place. Extremely overpriced. Would rather have McDonald’s.

Ordered from Fatburger through Uber Eats, but since I didn’t pay for priority, I got to watch my food take a scenic tour around town before finally arriving cold. When I reached out about it, a refund wasn’t an option—so we had a choice: throw out $50 worth of food or eat it cold.

We decided to eat it, and now my entire family has food poisoning. Absolutely unacceptable.

While Uber Eats played a role in the terrible delivery experience, Fatburger chooses to partner with this service, so they’re also responsible. If a business relies on a third-party delivery service, they should ensure it meets quality standards instead of leaving customers stuck with cold, unsafe food.

Between the terrible delivery process and serious health issue, I won’t be ordering from here again. Wouldn’t recommend unless you enjoy waiting forever, eating cold food, and getting sick.

The cashier Su?aj was friendly and courteous. The food was really good and the biggest side of yam fries I’ve ever seen in S’toon! My grandson said his crispy ckn burger was really really good… my breakfast was hot, yummy and all served very quickly.

Fat burger always exceeds expectations! Food is fresh, hot, and tastes wonderful! Restaurant is always clean and the service provided by the staff is always amazing! Been coming since they opened years ago and will continue for years to come! Thanks!

We ordered three burgers, poutine and onion rings. The original fat burger was yummy, juicy enough.
I ordered BBQ burger, which was okay but could be better. The crispy chicken burger was below average. They have fancy names for burgers 😉
The poutine was great, onion fries was okay (in terms of price, there is room for improvement). The servers were great and friendly. Interior is good to enjoy your burger

Mushroom Swiss and a poutine mushroom Swiss awesome fries good gravey could be a little better but still awesome lunch

Unbelievably good food fast service selections of your choice and at the end of the day an open seating area does beautiful and well put together
