Fatburger Preston Crossing

Fat Burger, easy to order. Easy to build or choose from. Their "world famous wings" are always a great option, and they're a decent size, not pigeon wing sizes like BP's passes off.

The fries are crispy. Onion rings are a very nice size and great for dipping in the gravy. I always order the BIG burgers, don't remember the name, king something. Very good.

Having eaten at both locations in Saskatoon, I can say that the service is always good, and the way they check in and up on you mid bite is welcoming.

As for cleanliness, they're both always clean, and bathrooms are neat and tidy. I enjoy the breakfast from time to time as well, and my drink of choice is always the lemonade.

If you've never had Fat Burger, you owe yourself a visit. I like the baskets the food is served in. Old school diner style.

My recent visit to Fatburger Preston Crossing was nothing short of delightful. I opted for the Fatburger Beef Burger, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The burger was not only satisfying but also generously portioned, with the single patty being more than sufficient. I was particularly impressed by the server's attentiveness; her thoughtful suggestion to stick with a single patty, considering my needs, was greatly appreciated and demonstrated exceptional customer service. The fries were a perfect accompaniment, crispy and well-seasoned, rounding out an overall exceptional meal. I would confidently rate my experience a well-deserved 4.5 out of 5

Decent fast food burgers. Fries aren't great.

The burgers are fresh not frozen and thick. They taste like they're of decent quality.

Ask for a burger how you want it and they'll make it. The king Burger with onion rings on it is fantastic.

Not Allergy friendly!

I usually love Fat burger. I ordered a 1/3 lb burger in a lettuce wrap. It came in a bun. I told them that I couldn’t eat the bun so they just took the patty out if the bun and put it in lettuce. They told me that’s what they did and tried to assure me that it didn’t actually have contact with the bun. They told me not to worry. I said I was worried about getting sick.

Not cool.

Dietary restrictions: Not safe. They’re not careful or considerate.

My husband and I absolutely love this location!! The food is always so good on-top of the amazing service we get everytime we go! I'd recommend this location specifically (Preston) to anyone!

I've gone twice recently and been disappointed both times. The fries are chronically undercooked to the point where they are pale and have a bit of a raw potato flavour. The cheese curds are ok for the poutine but the gravy is lacking in flavour.

I had an amazing experience at Fatburger! We arrived 3-4 minutes before closing, expecting to be rushed or turned away, but the staff greeted us and made us feel genuinely welcome. They didn't rush our order or make us feel like an inconvenience It's rare to find such exceptional customer service, especially so close to closing time. Thank you, Fatburger team, for making our late-night visit so enjoyable. Keep up the great work! We'll definitely be back.

Used to pay a big price for a big burger ! Now we pay a really big price for a small burger that has a bun filled with cabbage and onions !!...

Had the cashier shout "low tip" cause apparently 5 on a 35 order isn't enough for fast food.
