Dec 2025, first visit at this location. The service and atmosphere we experienced was good. Presentation of the food was good but the taste was okay. 4 stars are for presentation of the food, cleanliness and friendly approach by the staff.

Worst location in the city. They have dirty rags wrapped around the handle of the burger press and spatula (only location I've been to in SK, AB, ON that does this gross practice) And make sure you watch them while making your food or you might get sick from here. They cross contaminated my food, touched raw chicken then proceeded to make my burger without changing gloves. When I confronted the manager about this, all he was concerned about was arguing that it's safe to touch a tray of raw chicken and then not change gooves. My friend you're about to be educated. I'll be contacting the health authority to lodge a complaint. I advise you educate yourself and staff on proper food handling.

I had an amazing experience at Fatburger! The food was fresh and delicious, and the customer service was outstanding. A special thanks to the cute little girl Jot, she made my first visit even better with her warm attitude and professionalism. Her behaviour is so friendly and good.All the employees were polite and welcoming. Highly recommend this place!

The staff was so nice the young lady that served us was so polite and welcoming and cheerful, was just a great costumer experience all around, food was absolutely bomb some of the best pancakes I’ve had and the sausages were really good as well and eggs cooked to perfection. All around full 10/10 experience

Jaspret treated the place like it was her own — in the best way possible. She greeted every customer with warmth and made us feel truly welcome. You can tell she takes pride in her work. Her energy made our visit special. We’ll definitely be back because of her.

I was worried about the price. A burger here is a couple more dollars than, say, the hamburger at the sugar Shack. I panicked about the menu, I'm not too familiar with it. and ordered my Hawaiian burger with grilled pineapple and teriyaki sauce. An awesome combo. Speaking of combos, I ordered that too. So my burger and fries and drink were $20 tip and tax in. None too shabby. I took advantage of the non-stop pop while waiting for my order to go through. This was a take out order and was done in good time. The food was more than enough! It was a great big burger, larger, I'd say, than a whopper at BK. The place was clean and had sports on three TVs. The iced tea was out of order.
