I have been going to this location of Fatburger since they opened- I live in the area. I LOVE the food... BUT.... they ALWAYS mess up our order. It doesn't matter if we order through skip, the phone, or go in for take out, something is always wrong. Then when we phone to explain the mishap, it's like pulling teeth to have either a credit, or our meals replaced, etc. I've actually had them debate it with me, nearly every time.
