Place is ridiculously awful. Why do they have big screen when all they play is sports repeats. A game can be live and its not even being used. Ordering drinks is crazy difficult and could take an hour and thats being kind.

So, a couple of coworkers and I stopped by for a drink after a Christmas party. The waitress took our order and they went to the washroom. She waited until they came back to actually deliver the drinks. Which is why I am giving this place seven stars out of 5. In this day and age, ensuring the health and safety of everyone is extremely important. And while I look like a master of roofies, I assure you I’m not. But it doesn’t matter. If all bars operated this way, it would make the going out experience much better. Kudos to the whole team.

I am a weekend regular, I usually come in and have a pint, but o. This particular night, I was called on to use the bathroom, on my way three women started shouting at me, in the moment of chaos, me being the next paying customer, I was the one kicked out for “causing a problem” when the three women had started the shouting when I was simply going to the bathroom. I thought the bartenders and management was pretty good until now, when they kicked out the wrong person, I will never return to this establishment again, and I hope that the people who kicked me out, have a good life, and read this review

I had the Bangers and Mash. It was excellent. My friend had the fish and chips. The fish tasted like old oil.

Not great, food was cold and meh, waitress had no idea what was on the menu, we went and had a second better supper at the hotel. We're not even sure the ceaser my wife ordered had alcohol in it.

If I could leave a zero star review, I would the customer service this place is absolutely horrible. I walked in here with my boyfriend just to get a drink and play some pool and when we were waiting for a drink at the bar after they have already seen our IDs the Bartender gave us attitude and told us that they weren’t gonna serve us when they already seen both our IDs extremely rude customer service don’t go here if you wanna have a good time

See the triple choices for $26 under Snacks !we like Cauliflower Bites, Shrimp Munchies, Chicken choices. JagerMeister with Ginger Ale, schmeckt !! Video games waiting around the corner! ATM handy. attentive Servers ! However, when we were there last the blonde waitress ignored our food order. Borscht did not arrive. After 20 minutes another waitress apologized . We should have been offered free drinks at least ! If I see her again will submit a picture of her.

Fantastic service. We had made a small error when we arrived, but the bar manager, server,bartender and the doorman were all eager and willing to help. Just from the fantastic service on new years, I will be making sure to come back :)
