Just an heads up before you come here! Awful customer service. Worst I have had at a restaurant in a long time. Cashier had trouble taking my order to begin with and then we waited 20 mins at the pickup counter before someone finally asked what the name on my order was. Meanwhile 5 other people who ordered after me were served. Finally someone asked what order I was waiting on, requesting my receipt for proof I had even ordered, just for me to find out they had not even started making my food yet. Came here because I have heard good things about the food and the unique decor style. Was not planning on spending an hour here, and came here because I thought service would be fast. The customer service completely ruined my experience here and I will probably never come back here. The food is not great considering that is not cheap, so I will be spending my money somewhere where they value service next time.

Food was delicious! My family enjoyed dinning in specially the manager Jigs was so accomodating and kind! Will definitely comeback and try all the sandwiches!

How do y’all Joe Guest here? This is my first visit to Firehouse Sub Circle, Drive in Saskatoon and it was absolutely amazing. I had the brisket sandwich and it absolutely melted in my mouth. It was wonderful. I highly recommend that sub and this store very kind and courteous service. Cheers.

Was finally able to make it into firehouse subs and see what all the fuss is about. I am happy to report it is very good I had the turkey bacon sub and my wife had the brisket sub medium size they are filling. The service was fast and the restaurant was clean, we will be back.

Was there at 2 30 pm waited 15 minutes nobody came to take order so I left. Can’t give it any stars

*SCAM* ordered the brisket sandwich and it came with nothing that was displayed on the menu just bread, sauce and brisket it was a complete waste of my time and money and I will not be returning to this establishment, keep this in mind if you are thinking of going

Super disappointed ☹️ How hard is to make a sandwich! Waited over 25 minutes for 2 sandwiches as takeout! Ordered 2 New York Steamers, got home, opened my sandwich to find it’s not at all what I ordered!! It was roast beef with green peppers and onions. Staff needs extra training!
