Real time rating... As I sit and wait and eat. It's just average. It is noisy and dirty.
Two different audio sources. One in the house and one in kitchen. The kitchen system IS BLARING! Quite literally blaring. It's so loud as customers we can't even here the order numbers called, which are yelled!
In the 45 minutes I've been here I haven't seen one worker clean the tables in any way and there are crumbs and remnants from the last customer to have dined in your spot. There is food all over the floor throughout the entire restaurant. The garbage cans are overflowing. Would I recommend this place. Maybe just to have a burger ordered online to pickup it up and leave with it.
The burger I order was the Bacon Cheeseburger which has two patties, three slices of American cheese, sautéed onions and grilled mushrooms. I added mustard and ketchup to the burger. The patty was very good and the bun was too! It hit the spot well. The toppings are all free which is a great thing, think Fuddruckers (whose patties are boring and bland). The line workers build burgers very good according to the ticket and order number in front of them. The line is very efficient.
Will I be back? I don't think so. As good as the burger was, I'll pass; hard. The atmosphere is just not for me.

Food was good. Had to ask for tables to be cleaned as the only table clean had an employee sitting with his bare! Feet laying on top of another chair.... guess no shoes means you work here

We had a very disappointing experience that felt discriminatory. Even before we sat down in the dining area, one of the staff members — the person cleaning — gave us unnecessary instructions on how to dine, which was clearly directed only at us. When we politely brought this up to the supervisor, the same staff member became argumentative instead of apologizing or showing understanding. It was uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
The food here is usually good, but after this experience, I would not recommend dining in. Perhaps takeout might be a better option, as the in-person service was very disappointing and carried an unpleasant sense of bias.

The cashier was not welcoming. As people left, NO tables were wiped clean with a cloth and sanitized. She just used a paper napkins to swipe off crumbs, didn't matter if there was sticky residue The washrooms!! HORRIFIC !! Strong smell of urine. The toilets appear to never been cleaned with any cleanser. Door handles are filthy. The floors filthy. Highly recommend never using the washroom. Husband found the men's room equally gross.

I ordered 2 BLT sandwiches and only had burnt bacon no lettuce no tomatoe when I complained they said I didn't ask for lettuce and tomatoes on the blt all delivered by skip for 30 dollars what a rip off got call from corporate offering coupons and never received them

Great! We love the lettuce wrap burgers as a gluten free option, and the little or regular fries is always enough to share.
The food is quality and consistent, sometimes a bit of a wait but every time it's a hit!
