Terrible experience. Drove home only to realize they gave me the wrong food. Regret giving the 15% tip. Way less less food in my bag then I actually ordered. Not worth the 40 minute drive back into the city to complain. Never eat there again.

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to reach out regarding a disappointing experience with an order I placed recently. While I’ve typically had great experiences with your food, this one was unfortunately far from what I’ve come to expect.
On Oct 3 2024, I ordered three Little Bacon Cheeseburgers, fries, and shakes from your Saskatoon 8th street location However, when I got home, I found that each burger was incorrect, with the toppings being completely wrong. Additionally, the buns and patties were stone cold, making for a really unpleasant meal. Given that it was late and we were too hungry, we ate what we could but were really disappointed by the overall quality.
I understand that mistakes happen, but for a $70 order, I had hoped for much better. I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes that it can be addressed moving forward.
I would appreciate any steps you could take to rectify this situation, whether that be a refund, a credit, or another resolution. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to hearing from you.

Great food, definitely more pricy then McDonald's or BK, but you get way way more food and the quality is much better as well. Also all you can eat peanuts while you wait!

The main thing restaurant have to look out for the customer service. Even if he is not a customer treat them evenly. Today I have an experience that I was about to order the food. Before that I just take the complementary peanut and the guy who works there told me that it is only for customers you can't take that. Is this the roght manner. I would never go to this branch anymore. I would never suggest also

Not sure about the low reviews but we had a great experience. Burgers were cooked perfectly and the restaurant was clean. Went there with two small kids and it was our first time, but not last.
