Freshii

Good food but customer service isn’t great. They were out of chia pudding and I was told I couldn’t get refunded in the store and would have to contact customer service since I paid using the app. Customer service tells me I need to contact the store directly. I don’t appreciate being given the run around and just gave up trying to get my refund ??‍♀️

What happened to Freshii.... This place used to be a great place to grab a healthy meal, now its like walking into an abandon building, they have tables in front of the till so you are like 10 feet away from the person taking your order, they don't even seem to care about your business, the menu screens are off and the bathrooms are out of order... I've always love freshii ever since I was in Toronto. It's just so sad that people who works at Freshii Broadway here in Saskatoo are always mean to me. I already encountered 2 employees from there. They don't want to toss my bowls for me and I just want less rice and more kale but they want me to add extra fees. how come if I ordered to some other freshii locations, they allow me. and i dont want to argue with them but they are so rude to me.
