my wife and I made a visit to freshii location on 167A 2 Ave S, Saskatoon, SK S7K 1K6 , on the evening of Jan 3rd 2024, and were treated with such disgraceful customer service, when ordering 2 chicken teriyaki twists we had told the lady working behind the counter we had a gift card to pay for our meal and she ignored us, then when we were pointing out that the price did not add up to what was advertised so we told her that we would like to just cancel our order and instead she continued to ignore us and make the food and used the gift card to pay for the order even though we had told her no 5 times she said there was nothing she could do, this whole process took roughly a half hour and food sat there getting cold so we didn't didn't receive the food or our money back.

Once visited there with my friends. I tried their food for the first time. I really liked the food and their way of serving. The staff was very well trained and had good customer service skills.
Worst place. Been there twice, open sign was on and the map timings was also showing that its open but the door was locked both the times. Like who tf do that?

Hours online showed open since 10:00 am. We showed up at 11:00 and sign was showing not open but there was an employee present. We attempted to talk to employee but no one came to the door when we knocked and made eye contact. The store needs to either respect their hours or update them online to match their true operating hours.

Worst place and service I have been to incthe downtown. Huge sidewalk sale outside the store and nobody inside. Terrible service, had nothing to finish off a meal. Staff appeared like they did not care if they were open or not. Were finally able to get a meal but have our group left due to no service.

I don’t recommend this place I’ve ate here once before it wasn’t the best thing I’ve ever ate. So I thought I would try again today order from Uber Eats. Well I after I waited close to 30 minutes then decided to check on my order to find out that hey just cancelled it without letting me know. Some people only have so much time for a lunch break but obviously these people don’t know anything about customer service and should be running a franchise, what an arrogant thing to do. Terrible owners, terrible managers, terrible staff. I won’t ever support this franchise again.
Advice: if you are buying soup to take back to your hotel, make sure you taste it before you leave! Vegetarian chilli was burned and inedible! Butternut squash soup was cold! First and LAST time I will eat here. Expensive lesson learned.

I ordered two Salads totaling just over $30. When we went to eat them the lettuce the one in my bowl had a fair bit of rotten lettuce.. disappointing for the price. It's unfortunate you don't get to watch them make them like prior to Covid.

I find the portions at this location to be lacking, especially considering the price you pay. My salad had virtually no dressing both times I ordered it. I get the same salad at every Freshii and I’ve only had an issue at this specific location. I would almost think they forgot to add dressing completely if I didn’t notice one bite had dressing on it. It’s a shame because I love the salad, but I won’t be returning to this location for it.

The steak resembled something closer to cat food than actual beef. Food was really weird and not something I'd recommend. Trying so hard to be healthy they gave up on taste. Likely only to be enjoyed by rabbits.
