Ordered something quick and simple. We had chicken caesar salad and there were multiple orders of grilled burgers served before us that ordered after us and the crowning achievement was when we started to eat our food and not even the toast was warm let alone the chicken. It was like they left it on the counter while they served others. Have had the same order pur in by my daughter the last cpl times we were in and the food was good, warm like you would expect and in a timely fashion. Dissapointed that everything we had at the table that was not chicken ceasar salad was out faster and the tenp you would expect. This was a nostalgic visit since we lost our local Fuddruckers about 25 years ago. It took me awhile to order since it had been decades since I last set foot in a Fuddruckers. The employee was very patient and suggested a few things. It didn't take very long to get my burger and I love being able to assemble the toppings myself. I arrived quite late on a stormy night so the dining area was quiet. My burger was tasty, but there was a large piece of gristle in the meat. Other than that it was a fun step into the past for me.

I have to leave a review here. I ordered Fudds to go. I intended to order a beef taco salad. I unknowingly ordered a no meat taco salad ( who orders that?). I called Fudds and the manager told me I ordered it without meat. I didn't mean to and he knew that so he drove over a container of beef!! He was here in a flash! I just want him to know how much I appreciate what you did for me and everyone else should know too. Thank you so very much.

My only complaint is the price, it can be a bit pricey but the food is great! the topping bar is still amazing and food still tastes great! A great plus is the milkshakes always come with a little bit extra on the side! great place for family and for dates
