We stayed here for 4 nights . room 232 . We had cockroaches. When I went to tell the front desk they showed no concern and told me we had to wait till later in the day to move rooms . The rooms are dirty , housekeeping does not clean them properly no towels , adequate toiletries, not vacuumed .
⭐ 1-Star Review I was shocked and disgusted during my visit to the Saskatoon Inn hotel and when we went to the restaurant for breakfast in the morning When I went to use the bathroom, I found a cockroach on the floor. I even took a photo because I couldn’t believe it. This raises serious concerns about the cleanliness and maintenance of the entire hotel and restaurant. For a place that charges the prices it does, this is absolutely unacceptable. I reported it to staff, but the response didn’t give me any confidence that the issue would be taken seriously. I will not be returning until they address their sanitation problems properly.
Worked all day, order a steak sandwich, after 45 minutes I left. Worst service ever. Please don’t do yourself a favor and don’t come to this restaurant. No apologies, nothing.
Well, that was a very disappointing meal to end our vacation on. My husband and I are not picky eaters by any means, but both of us left our meals nearly untouched. My husband ordered the smash burger, which was dripping with grease, yet somehow the patty itself was dry and tough to chew. I had the chicken burger, and it was the same — both the chicken and the ciabatta bun were so dry they were difficult to eat.
We rarely ever leave food uneaten, and I’ve never felt the need to complain to staff before, but this meal took nearly 40 minutes to arrive (and it wasn’t busy), only for us to be unable to eat it. To make things worse, our bill came to $92. I politely explained to our waitress that the food was too dry to eat, and she simply shrugged and still charged us full price.
We left our uneaten lunch on the table and will not be returning.

I was there last weekend with a few friends
And the service was great!
The food was amazing!
Went back this weekends and it was the complete opposite, we waited almost 10 minutes to be seated, nobody was at the entrance, many waitresses walked by ignoring us, finally my wife got the attention of the hostess who until that moment was nowhere to be found.
We were seated and went to eat, omelette station, crepe station and waffle station had no staff at them, after a few minutes someone finally came out to the omelette station, few minutes later the other two staff showed up, decided to grab some fruit and the bowls were empty, asked for a banana crepe they had none.
We sat down to eat, the waitress brought us our drinks and waters and after that we never seen her, we had plates stacked up, empty water glasses and no drinks, I caught her attention going by and asked for refills and you could tell she was upset for me asking, overall it was a very bad experience. She did not take the excess plates away until we were done.
I’m not sure how you go from a stellar visit to utter disappointment.
We left feeling like we inconvenienced the staff.

This is already the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. First of all I asked for an accessibility room as my aunt is disabled and they literally put us in the room that is furthest from the elevator. The pool was dirty, bugs and dirt and clumps of hair floating in the pool. Kids weee just being left unattended and were screaming at the top of their lungs to where it actually hurt our ears (how relaxing) then two unsupervised under 12 kids jumped in beside me and my 80 year old aunt and gave us the finger and splashes us. There was zero supervision in the pool area. If they are accepting that many people for a variety of reasons they need to have security patrolling the pool and hallway area. Then I was helping my aunt in the walk in shower and her choice was to have an ice cold shower or a scalding hot one. We tried for half an hour. Faucet must be broken. This has all happened in the first 4 hours we have been here. I can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings. To be spending almost $900 for two rooms for two nights is a complete rip off with all of these issues: I wish I would have just stayed at a cheap motel to be honest. I will keep you posted on how tomorrow goes.
Had supper and breakfast during a stay. Weird evening hostess. She ignored me and seated the people in line behind me. Then came back to hostess station, and looked at papers there and left. The third time she returned she seated me. Had the Fish and Chips special. Fish coating had a seasoning that I did not like. Coated fries which I detest.
Breakfast was like a whole new restaurant. Promptly seated. Quick order and food.
System won't let me leave two reviews, so I have combined my two experiences. Evening disappointment. Breakfast excellence.

The most tasteless fries, ever. Fish was incredibly greasy and tasteless batter. The fish itself was mushy and had zero flavour. The coleslaw was too sweet, but at least it had some flavour. The gravy was... light brown... and, also without flavour.
The place is nice to look at, and the servers were very nice.
We tipped, but are never returning.

For $25 I expected more food, they raised their prices and shrunk their portions. The burger tasted fine it’s just insane to charge that much for a handful of fries and a small chicken burger that I picked up.

I ordered the fish and chips. So greasy and gross! Very disappointed. I may have got a tablespoon of fish out of this yucky tasting greasy batter...and the fish? It was greasy too.
Never going back. And, I'll probably tell seven people this experience. And..
Way too expensive!
( I took a photo but I can't seem to post that)

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The upstairs wedding spaces at the Saskatoon Inn are absolutely top-notch! As a DJ, I've worked in a wide range of venues, and this one checks all the boxes. The rooms are elegant, spacious, and well laid out, with great acoustics and plenty of room for dancing. The staff were professional, friendly, and genuinely invested in making the night run smoothly for everyone involved. Load-in and setup were simple, and everything was ready on time. The ambiance helped set the perfect tone - from the ceremony right through to the high-energy reception. I’d happily recommend this venue to any couple planning their big day!
Food was terrible and expensive. It took ages to serve my chicken wings and they were overcooked and so greasy

Loved the food. Chicken sandwich and a meat pizza. Both were great. Friendly service and very convenient to have such great food in the hotel itself
