They didn’t turn the mic on when we got there, so I had to go and prompt them to turn the sound and mic on. Wouldn’t have been awful if they didn’t blame it on me not having WeChat. Pretty rude considering it was actually the staffs fault. We got it working for 10:30 and then finished our reservation for 11:30 (because yes we extended our reservation due to the unfortunate issue)
I was charged $80 for 1 hour. Honestly so pissed about it I may look into filing a chargeback. I will not return. The drinks were also meh.

Great place, the drink was good, the staff was patient, and he also give my kids the free waters. They also have the only private karaoke room in town. We will definitely have a try next time.

Went to this place about a month ago. Order wings, we were served under cooked wings, the server seemed annoyed with us when we brought it to his attention. Overall the service was poor. They also have mold in their building

Very nice place and friendly staff. Staff knew that what my young daughter needs and gave us options. Also gave her few flavours to taste. Tried coffee milk tea and fruit flavoured tea. Enjoyed it.

Went and bought a Mango Yogurt Smoothie and I'm not sure if they didn't put any or as much puree in the smoothie, but all it tasted was sweet with a hint of mango. I've gone to Stonebridge Gongcha more than this one, but the smoothie usually has way more flavor than this.Too bad.
