I’ve been here plenty of times to grab a sweet drink, and it’s always good but this recent visit, my friend got the pineapple smoothie and it straight up tasted like nothing, no taste in it. I asked if i can get a different drink because it absolutely tasted like nothing but got told it’s not their fault that we didn’t like the drink, and cant get a different drink exchange for the horrible one, so much for best customer service shame.

I ordered online for delivery. The gong cha staff allowed the driver to walk out with the wrong order then waited until the moment my doorbell rang to call and demand that I personally speak to skip. Unprofessional. It was not our mistake, they are lazy and careless. Why should I waste my time???
But fine. I contacted skip on their behalf, had my items reordered with an increase in pearls for one drink.
What did I receive but the exact drinks I ordered the first time, that sat out for an hour. They messed up, made me do all the work, and they couldn't even be bothered to remake my drinks.
Will not be giving them my business in the future and recommend others steer clear as well. Shocking lack of professionalism.

I went to Gong Cha today to have an Almond Strawberry Milk Tea and I definitely was not disappointed. ? I also added jelly stars and aloe, which was a great addition. The employee was quite friendly, and when I didn't know whether to order the smoothie or milk tea, he suggested trying the milk tea instead. If you enjoy karaoke, they have rooms available with bar service. I'll definitely be back as they have a large selection of bubble teas that I would like to try. Two thumbs up! ? ?

Good Gong Cha. The space is clear and the staff is friendly. The karaoke is a non traditional touch which can be a bit loud if you are not part of it. But it seems like the karaoke people were having a blast.
