I recently visited Gong Cha and was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. The staff were welcoming, professional, and efficient, ensuring that orders were handled smoothly despite the store being quite busy at the time. The environment was clean and well maintained, creating a comfortable place to relax and enjoy a drink.
The beverages themselves were excellent. The tea had a rich, authentic flavor, and the sweetness level was well balanced rather than overpowering. The tapioca pearls were fresh and perfectly chewy, which greatly enhanced the drink. I particularly appreciate the wide range of customization options, allowing customers to tailor their drinks to suit their personal preferences.
In addition, the snacks complemented the beverages well. Everything tasted fresh and was nicely prepared, making the overall experience even more enjoyable.
Wonderful customer service and very short wait time and excellent product highly recommend, I attend frequently have never had any issues with staff or product.

Absolutely rubbish service by the front desk guy. It kinda felt like I was talking to a dead soul. Not even said hi while he saw us, the whole time he was talking on his phone while making our order. Not even my whole life I have seen this kind of downgrade service from a well known brand. At last when he gave me my order didn’t even said thanks or whatever like common dude I am spending my freaking money to buy your BS tea, I am not getting it for free. One of the worst customer service I have ever seen. I don’t how people can work as a front counter guy even tho they can’t speak English properly.
Just came to get some drinks with buddies, there was a guy at the counter with no greetings, smile and no presence of a good hospitality. It’s my go to place but I think I won’t come in evenings now. Hope you guys fix it.
