Ordered 50% sugar mango milk tea. It was extremely sweet to the point I couldn’t finish halfway. My friend who got one drink with 70% sugar said my 50% was sweeter than his. Unfortunately not a great experience
Not sure where positive posts are coming from.. service is laughable, 40 minute wait for a single bubble tea… definitely NOT

Ordered some for my lunch at work today and they are still good! Wish they would have dairy options as i like my matcha latte with oat milk but otherwise very good ??

I and my sister went here. I got the taro milk smoothie with black pearls. They didn’t add the pearls and took the full pay. I find it unfair.

Try the Croffles! Croissant baked in a waffle iron and topped with yummy things. Mine was Crème Brulee and it was amazing! Friendly service and lots of space to sit and enjoy your bubble tea and croffle in a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll be back!

We usually come here because I live in Stonebridge. I have observed the staff’s unreasonable attitude towards customers a handful of times but today I experienced it myself. We ordered two earl grey tea. After we received our drinks we went to the table near the front to poke the lid with the straw. I poked a hole and the cup cracked in the middle, the milk tea spilled on to the floor. The lid was fine, still intact, so it possibly was a faulty cup. I immediately came back to the counter to ask for help. I showed that the cup cracked and asked if they could replace the cup and fill it up again. I paid $7 for this and didn’t even have a sip, the cup just broke by itself. I do expect a full cup. And instead of helping, the staff started to reason with me. Saying that they couldn’t fill it because we had the last two cups and now they were out of earl grey tea. I asked if they could fill it with something else and they said it’s not appropriate to fill it with other types of tea. I said it’s okay and asked if it can be filled with black tea or something that they have available. Again the staff said they could pour the remaining liquid in a new cup, but cannot fill it up because “it’s not appropriate”. I said I don’t care if it tasted different or weird, I don’t think it’s my fault that your cup cracked, I just want it filled up. The staff finally agreed to do it for me. Did I crack the cup intentionally? No. Was it so difficult to fill up? No. Did you have my consent to use a different kind of tea? Yes. Why arguing back and forth? Idk. It takes 30 seconds (and maybe 50ml of extra milk tea) to fill it up and makes a customer happy but you chose to argue and made me a full blown Karen. Picture of my shoes with the spilled milk tea. I’m glad it happened in the store and didn’t happen in my car because oh my, you’d see me turning into a monster. 2 stars because the staff eventually filled it up but I still don’t like the interaction.

So disappointed. Milk foam was just a little bit on the top. Asked half sugar but all the sugar in the bottom. No food accepted after 7:45pm, but they actually closed at 8:30pm. they need one hour to clean the kitchen without any notice. Service was bad, taking long time and need to repeat couple times for the order. Looks like the they didn’t pay attention.I also order cheese ball not only egg tart and employee told me kitchen already closed. Two people take my order and no one told me sugar in the bottom and I need to shake by myself. Owner just replied long stuff said not fair. Now they said they didn’t closed the kitchen before they closed. It’s waste time and waste money. Employee use their own language when they taking order. How about the milk foam ??? Like that little? You guys can mixed the sugar and drink before put the milk foam.

My drinks are always great. I personally love classic milk tea and I enjoy the panda version offered here. Today I tried a lemon Ai-Yu drink with white pearls that was so tart and delicious! However, sometimes the wait is quite long and I don’t find the dine-in space to be particularly inviting. It is always clean when I visit, but light fixtures are in disrepair and other design elements not up-kept. The hard surfaces and open space lead to it being quite loud when busy.Despite the lack of ambiance, I will return for the yummy waffles and bubble teas!

Waited 40 minutes to get my order. I ordered my tea at 2:15 and got it at 2:54. I ordered pearls at 2:54 because the male staff whom I gave tip to forgot to add it in my order. No apology from him for the long waiting time or the missing pearls in my order. He said he asked me do I want pearls and I said no. Actually he asked me do I want any toppings and he pointed to the area on the list where showed the toppings and I said no thank you. When I asked him to add pearls to my tea he just said that I need to pay for it. Fair enough. I pay what I order. But what is not fair is that I wasted 40 minutes waiting and I didn’t get my full order and I didn’t get an apology from him. Not even see the guilty face. He just served with a poker face and gets tips. While waiting for my order, I saw him dropped an empty cup on the floor then he picked it up and put some pearls in. He was going to serve the dirty cup to another customer who was maybe waiting for 40 minutes too. I stopped him and told him the cup was on the floor. He just said oh then put the pearls in another cup then kept working. I don’t know who was the lucky guy that got the dirty cup. I don’t think the male staff care. When I asked about my order to a female staff, she said it’s 45 now. My number was 49 so I thought it’s going to be soon. She was the one who call numbers and give orders to customers. Later I figured it out that it was 42 not 45. I mean why they lied to me? They could just say sorry and tell me it’s 42. I feel like that they don’t care your time or if you got dirty cups, they were not honest or responsible, the only thing they care is you pay. Eventually I talked with a staff whom said she’s the manager but she doesn’t have manager title. She did apologize to me but the issue is still there. I was not the only one who was waiting too long at that time. And I don’t think I’m the only one who is treated this way since they started their business.

My wife and daughter love bubble tea, so I have stopped at this location fairly often since it opened. Over the past few months it’s has taken longer and longer for us to get our take out order. Today it took 50mins to get two drinks! That is ridiculous and completely unacceptable! While I waited 50 min for my drinks I saw what I assumed was an owner and his two little kids come in make three drinks for himself then leave again, I waited 30 more mins for my drinks that is terrible customer service. He could have helped catch the orders up before slowing down the staff to make his own drinks! I also had plenty of time to watch at least 6 delivery drivers come and go. There is no wait two drinks should take 50 mins, it will be a long time, if ever, before we go back to this location!

I don’t like to leave bad reviews but unfortunately this place has left me disappointed after visiting multiple times. It appears that the drinks are very “watered down” and there is almost no flavour to any of the smoothies that I have tried. I visit the location on Betts Ave and find their drinks to be more flavourful. Another disappointment was that they do not accept the bubble tea stamp card even though this company is a franchise.
Interesting place, so many choices, every order is unique. Check it out.
