I really love the environment and soo mich options!! My first time here and I will be coming back because I have never seen this much options in the menu in other locations!! The drinks are really good too!!

I stopped by Gong Cha in Saskatoon and had a great experience! The bubble tea was super fresh, with chewy pearls and just the right sweetness level. They have so many flavors to choose from, and the staff was really friendly and helpful in recommending drinks. The store itself is clean, bright, and has a nice vibe for hanging out with friends. Definitely one of the best spots in the city for bubble tea—I’ll be coming back to try more flavors!

This place is so messed up I CANNOT believe that this place is still running. I came here yesterday and every person was so rude. They treated me like I was the worst person ever. They gave me bad attitude and they even spoke in their language talking horrible things about me without realizing I could understand. They called me worthless and commented on my race. I was heavily insulted. I had to walk out before I lost my shit. I AM NEVER COMING BACK. YOU GUYS LOST A NUMBER ONE CUSTOMER. I USED TO COME HERE EVERYDAY. WELL GUESS WHAT I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK. I HATE YOU.

They were so rude one of the employees threw my drink at my face and said some racist things in Chinese, all because i asked for some extra tapioca, the person was obviously upset because he didnt want to do extra work he ruined my very expensive shoes just bought them i hope that employee gets fired i would leave 0 stars if i could please never go here this is my warning

Have come here for probably more than a year every week. Makes good drinks. Takes around 10-15mins if they are not too busy. Longest i waited was around 20-25 mins. Fastest was less than 3 mins. Would recommend to anyone. I have not tested food , just drinks. My go to is the strawberry milk tea .

Ordered mango waffle in the restaurant and informed that it will take 15 minutes..after a long wait we didn't get what we wanted because the machine got broken

The drink varieties top a lot of locations. Friendly service and a cute mascot. The double peach is my #1 go too. 😊
