I was sick after eating here. Highly don't recommend. I don't think the meats are properly chilled and cared for, vegetables are kept at subpar temperature and it was just overall no good. Won't be back.

This was my first time dining here, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed. About half of the food was frozen, and the attitude of one staff member was extremely poor; she often stood at the cash register. . I don’t think the meal was worth over $30. Sorry, but I will never come back.

I just found a new favourite spot! I ordered a simple order of boiled dumplings and fried rice... but man was it deliciious! I can't wait to sample more of the menu! Service was super friendly too... Highly recommend this place! A+++

My first time here and I loved it!

Our first time was Mother's Day! I loved the variety of meats and vegetables to choose from! Service was superior for a busy day! The robot is cute! Does it's job very well! We shall be back for sure!

Service is always super fast and super friendly! so many options and a great place to enjoy a fun meal with friends. The little robot delivery guy is super cute too

Except for the mutton and beef slices, everything else is not fresh, the ingredients are not enough, the hot pot is bland, not as good as Le Hot pot, and not very tasty, not as good as Le hot pot, will not come again

Absolutely delicious. It's all buffet style and a fixed price menu, so everyone can eat as much as they like! That is probably the one downside as if you're not up for a huge meal you may spend a little more then anticipated. Otherwise I would say the food and service were excellent, all the food was fresh and our favourite broth was the hot and sour!

Come here if you want to try authentic Chinese food, not the fake stuff you're used to!
Unlimited buffet style, you choose your broth, choose your ingredients, and boil it yourself.
Their sides have improved too, if you want something to eat immediately.
Staff is always kind and helps in any way they can.

I haven’t been there for half a year. I went today and found out that I had canceled my ordering and had to pick up the food myself. The quality and experience have deteriorated seriously. In the past, everyone was sitting down to eat and it felt very cozy. Now everyone is walking around and it feels noisy. I will never go there again.

There was a young male worker who coughed so much and literally picked his nose in front of us, he was stuck to his phone! When he served ice cream, he DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS!! That was so disgusting and made us lose our appetites! This is so disappointing, we’ve been here a few times before and the food is great, this is the first time I’ve seen this but it seems like the other workers didn’t even call him out to stop
