One of my most favourite in Hamilton! Love the salty duck and cold noodles!
Delicious handmade noodles and dumplings. The menu is simple and offers some unique, affordable and authentic dishes. Note that this is not a formal dining restaurant. There are a few chairs and counterspace for eating or takeout is also a good option. Favourites are the pan-fried pork, and chive dumplings, beef noodle soup, and the different noodle dishes.

the most incredible and authentic handmade noodles and dumplings you will ever get the chance to enjoy. and the owner is so kind and friendly.
Fantastic pan fried beef dumplings!
The man that worked there was a one man show but was super kind - he made the dumplings right there fried them up.
The pairing of beef fried dumplings with the sweet cucumber was a great combo. Will be going again!

Great dumplings made fresh. I'm not sure about the other items on their menu I did try the won ton soup but wasn't wowed by anymeans. Mom and pop shop limited seating.

Best dumplings I’ve had in 20 years, highly recommended! I had the pan-fried vegetable dumplings.
Vegetarian options: Not sure about vegetable noodles but there multiple veg dumplings.
