The ice-cream was gritty we purchased a large and small sundae ended up throwing them in the garbage. Limited parking space as well.
Had a $50 gift card so brought the entire family for a treat and was told they were under new ownership and wouldn’t accept my gift card which was very disappointing. It also did not have the same vibe as it did under previous ownership. I also remember being able to have dogs on the patio (which I could be wrong) and there are signs where that is not allowed any longer. There are many other local ice cream places I will be giving my business to that are also pet friendly.
Ice cream was good at least.
I liked the vibe and crowd that were in a que for ice cream
Which recalled me of backhome ice cream
Variety of menu options are available for your different choices

Not lots of parking spaces
New owners are very unfriendly and probably bad businesspeople. They did not have a good attitude. Also they have a tip machine that asks for 20-30% lol. Like bro all you did was scoop some ice cream that I asked for and then handed it to me. 30% tip is crazy
okay ice cream. questionable service. asked the worker if they still had cherry dip for the soft serve, he checked said yes so i ordered and he proceeded to put 2 scoops of cherry dip on top of the soft serve, handed it to me and said “we’re running low on cherry dip”…? exactly why i asked in the first place? so i asked to get i chocolate dipped cone instead and the worker said okay and grabbed the ice cream back then pumped hot fudge all over the ice cream, on the cone and on his hands then tried handed it back to me.
Bad flavors. Bad quality. Wouldn't recommend or return.
Ice-creams here tastes really so good.. Staff is so great n friendly. Would highly recommend to visit here and taste the novelties!
It’s perfect place for ice cream lover having all delicious different flavours
New Owners.
My daughter and I stopped there for an ice cream and I have to say it was not very good. First off the waffle cone that my daughter had completely broken. The ice cream fell out of it, and the waffle cone is like a little cheap cone from the store, not the old cones that used to be made in the house. But the price is still the same.
I got a Sunday chocolate and it was like soup so much chocolate, I had to pour some into the garbage. Then, when I tried it The ice cream was chunky not smooth for soft ice cream. It taste like ice… I’m not sure what’s going on there but for the $12 I spent I ended up throwing my ice cream away and we ended up leaving.
I wish I took a picture, but I can tell you I won’t go back there and everyone should be aware there’s new owners there. Everything is very different, but the prices are still really high.
There were some serious food safety concerns during my visit. Employees handled cash, touched their face and hair, and then served ice cream without properly washing their hands. One staff member returned from outside, briefly rinsed their hands (5-10 seconds) without soap, and immediately began serving customers. These practices are unsanitary and pose clear health risks.

Not what it used to be :( so sad.
Perfect
No! Just NO! Is this place under new ownership?!? I will never return to this SH!
Won't go here again. Milkshake was sour.. told me it's meant to taste that way but they refused to taste it. Smart mouth employee nearly got smacked with their attitude.
New owners.. probably new to Canada judging by the lack of proper grammar in their replies to other comments. Just another long term business ruined. Shame.
If I could leave half a star, I would. Extremely poor treatment of employees
