Wings were horrible as you can see in the picture the lemon pepper was in clumps on the ones on top. The calamari was way overcooked
Update. Hooters messaged me here to get in contact with them by email to make it right. Not sure why they did cause they didn’t bother to answer the email. Horrible food not worth the price

Really slow service. I usually tip 15% always. This is the first time I’ve never tipped. Don’t come here on wing day wings night, the waitresses ignore ur table. What a shame. I use to love this place, we won’t come back, we had table of 11 too.

Show up get told we can order but the kitchen would be shutting down in a just about an hour. Order our drinks and the waitress (bless her heart) says sorry we have no orange juice for your drink and I decided to put pineapple juice instead of orange and I hope you like it” while WAITING to order and timing and hawing with the waitress about should we or could we order the waitress comes back and says sorry but the kitchen is CLOSED - all of a sudden there was a sewer back up 🤷🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ seriously…. I juuuust wanted my hooters wings! 😡 only positive is that our waitress said we didn’t need to pay for our drinks ….. left without any food

We came here at 5:20pm. We were a party of 3 for all you can eat wings, there were only 2 other 2-top tables dining at the same time as us. There were 6 waitresses, 2 were cleaning the table tops, one was sent home, all the girls were visiting with a table of older men (we later found out it’s an expectation to “entertain” the clients because there’s “nothing else to do”), the rest were leaning on the bar or by the pos systems with their backs turned to the dining area. We waited for a long time before getting any service to place additional wing orders. By the time we went to leave, our server came and had a long visit with us and explained the rules set down by the owner about entertaining the guests and about the food wasting that happens (such a shame considering the food is paid for in full and they just throw it away). Anyway, we were here for 1.5 hours for 2 wing orders… completely unacceptable considering how dead it was in there. The wings were very good, but the service was atrocious. Likely won’t return based on the service alone.

I went with my kids one night and my son had ordered a sangria which he waited 25 minutes for. The women named Justice was the one responsible for his drink. She was at the bar chitchatting away and taking her time while we patiently waited. When she finally came over with his drink after we had to call her over for it she then was very rude to all of us and proceeded to keep taking her sweet time. For that reason we will not be back.
My girlfriend and I went for all you can eat wings. Only 1 server was available to the entire restaurant (she was doing a good job with tough Job she was given) and the bartender was forced to serve us. the wings were god awful: salty, didn’t taste like the flavour ordered and the first batch burnt my fingers and the second batch was cold (which is concerning). My partner didn’t finish her first order and we were unable to box up the leftovers. Now I understand not being able to box up all you can eat wings but these were 25$ wings, that were unable to be stomached more than 5 at a time due to being salty, a little bit of compromise should be in order ( the bartender said they were unable to box them up and we didn’t want to get her in trouble). All in all hooters wings have turned from a fun challenge of cheap, average tasting wings to disgusting wings that are not worth your money unless you want to waste it. Also to note the environment is depressing. The server and bartender looked extremely overworked and distressed and the building looks like it on it last legs even though it was renovated recently.
