I usually get great service here with a smile....but not today. The bartender ignored me . When I finally got his attention I ordered a beer. Liam said okay then turned around and started counting his booze inventory. I realize if you are busy....but at least acknowledge the customer, apologize and say I'll be with you shortly. I had to get the other bartender to pour my beer.

The security tried to confiscate my friends' real IDs from Ontario, claiming they were fake. We had to beg to get them back. Extremely disappointing.

Worst ribs ever! The server (Tiana) dismissed my complaints and said she couldn’t do anything about it and proceeded to charge me. Thankfully the manager refunded me the ribs. I won’t be back!

My medium rare steak was well done, the caramelized onions were stone cold, and the fries were soggy. Pleasant waitress and hostess, but their back-end cooks are garbage. Really over prices for what you get, if you're readinh this you not only can do better, but deserve better.
Anna was incredible. She just started, think it was her 4th shift, what a star. Personable, funny, friendly and a keeper. Will be back 100%. You have a gem there, keep her!

We had a burger and their cauliflower bites, the bites were bad, its like they took corn dog batter to cook them, there was no crunch, it was doughy and the flavours just didn’t go together. The burger was decent although it could definitely be seasoned better, overall it was okay, my advise, stick to the simple dishes here and you will enjoy
