What a promising location and vibe. Coffee here destroys this potential and promise. Americano was too hot and the espresso machine is definitely not dialed in. Hopefully they can improve.

Hesitant to write this review because I don’t like giving poor reviews to local businesses. However, I wouldn’t recommend getting matcha from here. The matcha I received looked like a tall glass of milk, with a slight brown color. Slight matcha flavour? But I am being generous. I like my matcha to have a green color. Service was good, the server was smiling, still tipped. But awful matcha. Very poor excuse for matcha. Expensive too for what received.

I’ve had an iced matcha in the past here that was decent, but made the mistake of having a hot matcha this time. It was so so weak. Basically tasted like sweetened milk with a hint of matcha. Definitely not worth the price.
The mushroom and ricotta toast is delicious, would highly recommend it!
