Staff is always kind and super friendly! Loved my mango slushy with boba

I love this place,
Good soup and they got hainan chicken rice again.

The black pearl topping was so hard I couldn't eat it. This is my first experience after being introduced by friends, I probably won't come back here.

The brown sugar bubble tea is amazing here! Highly recommand it!

This is a great hangout place with great finger food in Saskatoon. Their popcorn chicken with flavoring is really good. The beef omelet is also great.

I have been here many times and will always be back. Took me a while to write a review.

the tables and floors are kept clean. the staff were friendly, even bringing my order to my table instead of calling my order number. the food was delicious, and the boba was top tier.

Food was okay. Service was a bit off. Blonde-haired lady Staff was frowning at us when we get in. Did not even say Hi when we said Hi to her. But she was very friendly to the guy (caucasian) after us. We tipped with our payment and even after transaction she just turned her back at us frowning all through out. Seems like she did not want to serve us. She was eating behind the counter too. She called us to come up for the rest of our order but served the guy to his table seated further from us. All smiles. It’s the other asian lady staff(we are asian also) that served us part of our order to our table and was quite nice. You should not work in customer service if you are only nice to some and not everyone. I hope management would do something about this. ?

I have been coming here for lunch /snacks. Their food is amazing but THE SERVICE is horrible since their staff is a little rude. Yesterday, I went in with my friend to have some snacks. I understand that they are about to close and 10 mins before they close, a staff went up to us to say they are about to close and just grabbed my food bucket with still some food in it that i wanted to finish off . I didn’t have time to react so I was like, sureeee . But that didn’t sit well with me. A couple of times i got some food for lunch, the lady in charge of the till is many times borederline rude and gives the vibe that she hates her job. Lol

This is our favorite place. I often come here or order home because I live nearby. However, today I had a bad experience while waiting for my order in store. I ordered drinks and 2 boxes of takoyaki (photo attached). When the staff read the names of the drinks, my boyfriend came over to get the drinks and asked, "Is this everything?" The staff replied, "The food is still being made," then rolled her eyes and shook her head. The employee is a brunette with a low ponytail wearing a black t-shirt, was working at the store when we arrived at 4:45 PM today (Monday, June 17, 2024). I had no idea why she reacted that way, as I believe it's not wrong for a customer to ask a staff member something or double check their order. I hope the manager reads my review so that the employee can maintain a more standard and professional attitude not only towards us but also towards other customers.
