Extremely unprofessional experience at the drive-thru during the early hours of Feb 15th. The staff on duty were dismissive and borderline hostile. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of basic courtesy. I’d recommend going elsewhere if you're looking for food late at night in Saskatoon until management addresses this shift.
Avoid this location late at night! I was at the drive-thru between 1 AM and 1:30AM (Feb 14-15). The two staff members—one tall and one shorter—were incredibly rude and unprofessional. They acted like serving me was a huge burden. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in Saskatoon. Management needs to check who was on that shift
I didn't realize that ordering KFC at the drive-thru night of 14 February was such a personal insult to the staff. The two geniuses working clearly missed their calling in silent drama. Their unprofessional attitude and 'death stares' made me feel like I was asking for a miracle, not a meal. If you're looking for customer service, you'll have better luck talking to the menu board. Management, these two are doing a great job of making sure people don't come back

I visited the 8th St drive-thru night of Feb 14 to 15, and I’d like to apologize to the two staff members for clearly ruining their night by ordering food at a fast-food restaurant. Their unprofessional attitude made it feel like I was asking for a kidney, not a bucket of chicken. If you're looking for 'service with a smile,' keep driving. Management, these two definitely don't want to be there.

I went through the drive through and asked for extra crispy chicken, which was going to be a 10 minute wait! I love extra crispy so I was willing to wait. They brought the bag out to my vehicle and I went home. To my surprise, they packed original chicken for me 😢
I headed back to the store and they were great about making it right for me! Fresh chicken, fries and gravy!
Plus, offered me a free drink while I waited.

Just came drive through got our drinks and they told us to go to the front to get our food they went pass our car so we wait 15 or 20 minutes for the food I had to go in to grab the food went back home and opened our bag and the food was wrong we try phone no one wants to answer kept saying go to customers service very disrespectful… next time get your employees to work faster, easy and don’t burn food and please no mayo and don’t add extra mayo
What’s the point of this customer service like what
KFC needs to train their staff on how to communicate respectfully with customers. On the evening of Nov. 19, we visited the restaurant and the cashier behaved in an unprofessional and intrusive way. He asked my 7-year-old several personal questions—including his name, where he is originally from, and later, what grade he is in. He even began “testing” him with math and literature questions while my son was simply trying to eat his meal.
These questions were inappropriate, unnecessary, and made us uncomfortable. Please train your staff to maintain respectful boundaries and avoid asking customers—especially children—questions that are none of their business.
When my family and I walked into the restaurant, it was filled with smoke, making me cough nonstop. We immediately decided to go back to our car and order takeout instead. After receiving the paper bag, I felt worried right away, afraid that they would mess up the order again. Sure enough, when I opened it, it was wrong once more. I have visited this restaurant four times in Canada, and not a single visit has been error-free. If I could give black negative five stars, I absolutely would. How can such a terrible dining environment go unregulated? How can service this poor have no reviews pointing it out?

This KFC location might want to consider revising their online information. I went there around 8am this morning since on their online information it stated they're open 24 hours. I got there and went into the drive thru, but then got told by the automated system at the drive thru that they're closed and to come back at open hours. What do you mean come back at open hours? Your online information states you're open 24 hours. If you're going to advertise that you're open 24 hours, then actually be open for 24 hours. If you're not going to be open 24 hours, even if it's due to shortage of workers, you need to update/change your online information so it's not misleading. Stating you're open 24 hours while you're not open 24 hours is False Advertising, KFC. Be better.

Ordered off door dash food came and it was mostly good until I started to eat my chicken and and there was a KIDNEY left in the thigh that didn’t get taken out. So disgusting lost my appetite. Rest of the food like Coleslaw was good. But that’s so disgusting to leave the kidney in the thigh and I work frying chicken at a store I know your supposed to take those out.
Had a great taste of food and nice and peaceful atmosphere

Please double-check your orders. Initially, we received less than we paid, and I hope it was an honest mistake. When I brought this to the staff, they argued at first but then apologized and completed my order. Imagine what would have happened if I had ordered takeout!
