Second time in a row I ordered delivery and its taken over 2 hrs to get here. First time the driver took it to someone else and I got a free 2L pop as a sorry that took 3 hrs to get my food and it was cold, I did not complain that time because i figured they had a bad day so its fine. This time as I'm writing this I'm 2 hrs in, they are not picking up their phone so I can find out what happened to my order and I'm $70 I'm the hole and hungry lol. I do believe this will be the last time I give KFC a chance. If I'm paying delivery charges and driver tips plus a crazy amount of money for chicken I would hope it would at least show up the same day I order it. Not good. Figure it out KFC.

We are typically regulars here but I’m not sure what has happened recently. Today, at around 9:30pm, they got our order wrong and after we had gotten home and realized, we had attempted to work things out over the phone with who I assume to be the manager on duty until they proceeded to act extremely aggressive over the phone and insist that it had been our fault that the order was incorrect. Unfortunately we were met disappointed and dissatisfied with food that we could not eat and rude and uncooperative customer service.

Ordered 10 piece 3 sides gravy fries coleslaw.Got home no gravy, macaroni salad no coleslaw. Took the salad back told them they screwed up and how and now my fries and xhicken were getting cold at home.Went to the window, I handed him the salad he fave me the gravy and slaw, he asked for the chicken, I told him it was at home getting cold with my fries, he handed me a large bag with fries and another order.Didn't expect this. I ate all my thoughts I had on the way there while I was rushing home to eat my hot food.

They left out two order items, food was cold, chicken was dry. Way overpriced. Also you can’t get a 2 or 3 piece combo with coleslaw anymore. You have to order the 4 piece big box meal for $20. Pretty sure they changed the recipe because it tasted terrible. I used to say KFC was the ultimate craving/adventure food, but I won’t order from them again. The best customer service could offer was a coupon or free menu item, but I have no desire to eat this food ever again. I’ll go to Popeyes in the future

The worst service buy the staff I have regularly go KFC location 8th street but this time first the gave me spoiled bun for sandwich and than whan I complain and ask to change the gave me cold sanwich without wrape paper. Wow, having KFC in Saskatoon is different. Chicken is small, the flavor is not the same and the serving is not proportional. Me and my family ordered a 6 PC "bucket" with 2 sides... each side was larger than the chicken servings.And about the atmosphere. I've been to 3 locations, and they feel decayed / lonely

At 12:15 am on 01-14-2024 , I ordered Plant based sandwhich ( regular ) No spicy with Root bear . I was hungry and most of restaurants were closed by this time . I got the order at 12:45 am and I found the plant based petty is over burnt , its spicy and no root bear . It was pathetic service . The whole order was wrong and the kitchen guy didnt realized its overburnt . How can someone will eat that overburnt burger ? . There is no humanity . There is no accountability , how will customer eat this burger. If somebody is ordering a food at later night it's quite obvious he is hungry . They didnt care about the quality of food . They can compromise with customer health. They donot care about the service . Pics attached with the note . Its better to live without food for a day instead of ordering food from this location. I called up KFC and talked to RAJDEEP ( manager at that time ) but didnt get delivery and food on the same day so I have to sleep without food tonight. Thanks KFC for this kind of pathetic service and keeping unprofessional staff .
