Terrible experience at KFC.
Two weeks ago, they forgot my spicy snack wrap — I called, and they promised to make up for it next time. Today, I ordered a Famous Chicken Sandwich combo, a spicy wrap, and a plant-based sandwich. They gave two wraps for free, but forgot the plant-based sandwich — had to go back through the drive-thru to get it.
Worst part: the Famous Chicken Sandwich had a bone-in chicken thigh inside. Completely unacceptable and unsafe.
Too many mistakes in just two visits. Won’t be coming back.

why tf does this location take 3 hours to make 6 pcs of chicken?! and ppl just stay and hang out in the dine in without ordering food like it’s their living rooms. don’t recommend this location literally go anywhere else
