Ordered online for a BOGO bucket offer an hour in advance and went to pick it up and they tell us the buckets we chose are not part of the offer. Spend 15 to 20 minutes arguing with them that they have to honour what their app brought us to, did not compensate and staff were very rude with very poor customer service. Said that we have no proof of what was in the app, how were we supposed to know that that's not part of it, the offer took us to just the buckets pages, it is not our fault that their app was glitching. Still did not compensate and said that they can only give us a refund that would take 3 weeks to be processed. Just asked for compensation and they wanted to charge us again. Horrible service, horrible staff and horrible customer service. At least be a decent person and learn some proper customer service.

Every time I order I gotta wait half hour for my chicken and when I finally get it home it's the smallest little chicken I ever seen !!! Lol they look like wings lol I couldn't believe how small the chicken is here very funny definitely won't be back other side's were good though... Chicken was very disappointed considering the price you pay 50$ for a ten piece and these pieces are like wings lol 😂
