This location doesn’t know what exactly a customer service is. After all of the years working in food chains and having great experiences this restaurant lacks all the quality services that a restaurant should provide to a customer. Whether you are picking up the order or ordering a order they should atleast greet and let them know its gonna be moment . Rather then being quiet and not answering . They will provide you the lame excuses we were doing something rather then apologising . When i visited the The whole store was empty there was no one they could have listened a person screaming. I used to work at kfc’s our first and foremost preference was to greet the customer whether a delivery driver or a customer. They must know what a respect is . I dont wanna speak much but the staff must know what a customer service is

The staff was friendly and professional, taking my order accurately and with a smile. My food was hot, fresh, and ready within minutes — exactly what you want from a drive-thru.
The chicken was crispy and flavorful, the fries were golden and perfectly salted, and the drink was ice-cold. I also appreciated how neatly everything was packed. No missing items, no mess, just great service and great food.
If you're in a rush but still craving that classic KFC taste, this drive-thru absolutely delivers. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Great experience at this KFC! The food was hot, crispy, and full of flavor . Even though it was pretty busy, the service was impressively fast and the staff were friendly. The restaurant was clean and had a nice atmosphere for a quick meal. Definitely a solid spot when you're craving classic fried chicken. Best kfc in saskatoon me and friends love this place
