Hadn't been to KFC in over a decade. Was very disappointed in the service, long wait times, and complete confusion when distributing the food orders to people. 2 or 3 people received wrong orders and had to return them. The orders either weren't theirs or had vital pieces missing from the bag. Food was passable but not what was expected for a long time food chain. $60.00 we will never get back. Won't be going back there again.

Its getting worse. Customer service in drive thru is lacking miss when people were polite. Food was warm but kind of old. Next to no lettuce on all 3 big crunch. Won't be back for awhile maybe this will turn around..
Over priced with such small portions, it’s just not worth it. I kid you not we got a supposed chicken drumstick the size of a small chicken wing. My family used to get chicken here and i don’t remember the chicken being so small, even the sandwiches.

When I come here, they ALWAYS forget to put the sauce you asked for in the damn bag. I have to go in there after going through the drive thru to ask for it AGAIN. When I went back in to get the sauce, the woman said they only give 1 sauce for a large popcorn chicken…ummm what?! Well what do you get for a regular size popcorn chicken??? Nothing? Pffft what a joke. The staff here are always miserable and not friendly. Customer service sucks.

Ordered delivery from this location an hour and a half ago and it's now an hour past its expected arrival time and it still hasn't left the restaurant. This is also 15 minutes after calling the restaurant to ask where it is.
