I ordered poutine and drumsticks from your restaurant. The poutine smell badly so had to throw away. I am sure something was stale in it or the ingredient was expired. Although i consumed Drumsticks but they were so oily like somebody dropped it inside warm oil thats why it soaked oil. Need training of your staff. It was takeout order and i already at home otherwise i would have returned the order. Wouldn’t recommend anybody to order from this restaurant. Wastage of money.

We have found in the past if we don’t order ahead we usually have to wait a while or the food wasn’t fresh and seemed like it had been sitting there for a while. We usually get the 12 pieces chicken fries and gravy for three of us. The chicken is always good and the fries are much better than the old ones but it seems like you get less fries than you use to. For the gravy lately the few times that we have come here the gravy seems watery compared to in the past.

I ordered the Ultimate Chicken Bundle with add ons Large Gravy online. They missed to give my Large Gravy in the bag and pickup and it’s really dissapointing because it’s intended to be paired with the chicken and the mashed potato that my dad bought separately.

Out of all of the KFCs I called, this is the only location that took my large order and created zero fuss about it. I ordered 100 pieces of chicken and fries/gravy to go with it for pick up in advance, Navneet reviewed my order and offered bundle deals that not only gave me more chicken and gravy but at less of a cost. The other locations didn't do that, and tried to make me come in days before the order to pay half of the invoice up front, I was told that it was mandatory. I have placed this same order every year for the last several years and have never been required to do such a thing. The primrose location advised that it is not mandatory to pay up front and made the process very easy for me by allowing me to pay at the time of pick up. The food was very fresh, directly out of the fryer and we received everything on time with a smile. Very good job!!! Food was delicious as well!
No lettuce for sandwiches, was 8pm when we ordered. Bathroom doors were propped open so that was weird. Otherwise was a fine experience.

We ordered chicken for supper tonight (Aug 22 at 8pm) and the chicken was really greasy and a dark brown color. The coating was soggy and not at all the nice crunchy skin that I like. I don't order often from you guys but when I have it's never been this bad. Really disappointed since we spent over 50.00.
